Pierpaolo is an extremely responsive host. He met us personally at the airport,early in the morning and checked us in immediately, even though check-in was announced in the early afternoon. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious for two people. No need for air conditioning,because it is very cool. It has everything you could need in a household. The area is very quiet, there are many good restaurants nearby where you can taste the typical Roman cuisine, cafes, shops, pizzeria. The beach is a 15 min walk away,where there is one with free access and a paid area,where it is not so crowded. Transport to the centre of Rome is also very well arranged. In other words the apartment combines everything you could ask for,to combine a trip and a holiday in one.

It’s difficult to go anywhere without a car in Latina. Unfortunately we can’t rent a car since it’s Friday when we arrived there, and Sat & Sunday are holidays and the car rental companies will be closed. The host is extremely helpful and took us the things we needed in the house.

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful apartment, the check-in was done with our host Nikolic, very friendly and generous. He invited us for a welcome drink and filled the fridge with above the standard essentials. The apartment is as described, huge with lots of light and a terrace all around, it is situated very near the train station. Many thanks Nikolic for your kindness and welcoming!

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Francescos Haus! Haus und Garten sind sehr großzügig. Francesco war immer ansprechbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Lido di garda ist ein netter kleiner Strand, der auch zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Die Lage ist auch ideal für Ausflüge nach Rom, das nur etwa 40 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Und das Beste: Die nächste Stadt ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, ideal für Einkäufe oder Essen."

From the moment we arrived, Francesco and Cinzia made us—and our two dogs—feel completely at home. Their warm welcome set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a spacious, peaceful garden that was perfect for relaxing, and convenient on-site parking made everything so easy. The apartment itself is both stunning and incredibly comfortable, but what truly sets this place apart are the hosts. Francesco and Cinzia went above and beyond—greeting us each day with genuine smiles and even surprising us with fresh eggs from their farm. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel more like cherished guests than visitors. We were so comfortable and content, we honestly didn’t want to leave. This is a special place, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

Villa bellissima e molto grande, dotata di tutti i comfort sia negli spazi interni che nell’area della piscina. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità di Isa nel prolungare l’orario del check-out non avendo prenotazioni per il giorno stesso. Consigliatissima!

Bella villa romana immersa in un ampio giardino fiorato e alberato completo di forno a legna e barbecue. I bambini hanno giocato allegramente con i giochi in dotazione dell' alloggio e hanno fatto incontri curiosi con la fauna volatile: abbiamo visto per la prima volta un picchio dal vivo! Una bella sorpresa il biliardino e il tavolo da ping pong e l' area per la colazione in giardino (tipo Mulino bianco). La cucina completa di tutto (in abbondanza stoviglie, servizi di piatti e bicchieri di buona qualità), dotata di lavastoviglie. Oltre al soggiorno c'è un' ampio ed elegante salone a piano terra. Abbia alloggiato in 8 + un neonato, per cui c'è stato fornito un lettino da campeggio pur non avendo dato preavviso. La mamma di Leonardo che avremmo voluto conoscere, si occupa in modo impeccabile della biancheria, e della gestione della casa. Il sig. Leonardo persona sensibile sui temi sociali, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, raccontandoci di un nostro caro compaesano. Inaspettata coinc!

Eine ganz wundervolle Unterkunft mit toller Dachterrasse! Wir haben jeden Tag in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen und würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen! Besonderes Plus : Luca ist ein wirklich toller, netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns auch hier ganz wunderbar aufgehoben gefühlt.

Valéria a été une superbe hôte, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Elle nous a donner toutes les informations nécessaires pour bous déplacer et visiter la ville et ses environs. Le logement avec sa grande terrasse et ses plantes est vraiment agréable le matin pour un petit déjeuner et le soir pour le dîner. Nous avons passé un super séjour et découvert des beaux endroits grâce aux conseils de Valéria. De plus,elle a été très compréhensible par rapport à notre arrivée tardive dû au retard de l'avion. Elle nous a accueilli à l'entrée de l'immeuble et a pris le temps de nous montrer tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement. Merci encore à elle.

Alloggio pulito, luminoso e silenzioso, poco distante dal centro di Latina, con tutti i comfort e anche di più (palestra e posto auto) Luca ci ha permesso l'accesso con il nostro cane di razza Labrador il che è una rarità. Inoltre è sempre disponibile a qualsiasi necessità qualora ce ne fosse bisogno. Consiglio vivamente Grazie Luca

Super appartement à 2 min de la mers , hôtel sympathique. Je conseil juste d'avoir une voiture à disposition ou location pour séjourner ici, Rome à 40 min [ voiture ] donc parfait , sinon tout les commerces sont présent dans la ville de Torvaianica , super

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Anzio dans l'appartement. On peut tout faire à pied. Chiara nous a bien accueilli elle est adorable. L'appartement est très propre. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps.

Valerio's place was more than what was expected, seemed to be larger than the pictures. Quite charming and when the description says that there are black out curtains, I didn't expect what I was in store for. These types are referred to as tapparelle shutters and are made of metal, resembling the roll-down gates commonly seen on storefronts. They operate by rolling up and around a spool at the top of the window frame manually by a pully inside the wall. Very clever and convenient, providing a nighttime effect as well as security. Valerio also has two lovely daughters in which have started their own touring service for the surrounding area, with very reasonable prices too! My friend and I took some of their services while in Rome and they were very accommodating! Everything you need is within walking distance and the square you are in is gated with lock and key. The place is private and has everything you need for your stay. I will be back no doubt! Thx Valerio and Family! arrivederci

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Matteo was a wonderful host with ample communication and instructions. The apartment was easy to find and accommodated our family overnight before leaving for the airport. The power is a bit tricky (as it is in most of Europe) but manageable once you find the proper balance. would 100% stay again
