Vacation rentals with a patio in Nettuno

Great little bnb. A little far from the city center of Rome, but that wasn’t on the host. Great area near the beach. Many restaurants and things to do around the area. Huge patio!

Amazing location and place in Ostia! Walkable to beach and train station. The terrace was wonderful for our family is 6. My kids loved the bunk beds and the 2 bathrooms were so helpful.

Massimo’s apartment was a beautiful, peaceful oasis of cool for a few very hot days in Rome. It was lovely to come out of Rome on the train and only have a short walk back home with the welcome relief of a/c to turn on. Massimo and his son were wonderful hosts, meeting us and showing us round the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they showed us the way to a very good restaurant and Massimo even arranged a taxi for us back to the airport, which was quite a bit cheaper than an Uber. We would definitely recommend them if you want to be a little bit out of town.

Paolo und Claudio sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation und Check-in war einfach. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Der private und ruhige Balkon ist sehr einladend. Um Rom zu erkunden war es eine gute Entscheidung hier paar Tage zu verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter. Danke Paolo und Claudio.

Nous sommes arrivés plus tard que l’heure d’arrivée prévue mais Sabrina a été là pour nous accueillir sans problème ! La maison tropicale était top et encore mieux que en photos. Super piscine et terrasse privative très sympa. Si nous devions revenir à Rome nous reviendrons chez Sabrina !

appartamento moderno, spazioso, comodo, pulitissimo e accogliente, in ottima posizione anche per la dotazione di parcheggio libero proprio di fronte a casa. A pochi chilometri da Sermoneta e Ninfa. Host gentile e disponibile per un check in fuori orario e immediato nelle risposte. Quindi consigliamo assolutamente, grazie da Anna Pia e Maurizio

Perfect spot!

We loved our stay in Monica's apartment. It was very clean and spacious - especially as we sat out on the balcony a lot. We found a great local restaurant (Loro) and the apartment was convenient for buses, running(!) and food shopping. We cooked quite a lot and there was all the equipment we needed in the kitchen. There is a great supermarket 2 minutes walk away. It was the perfect base for our 8 days in Rome! We had a car with us and the underground parking was easy and very secure. Monica was very friendly and very clear with everything. She responded to all our questions very quickly.

An amazing place and neighborhood that is welcoming and all green. The location is amazing and walkable to restaurant and the supermarket around the corner was a big plus. The house is as same as seen in the website and even better. The host is amazing and she was waiting for us to show us all details and to give local recommendations. She was very communicative with speed of response to whatever we needed.

Excellent séjour chez Paola Tout était parfait

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Paolos Unterkunft. Mit eigenem Garten, Tischtennisplatte, Fahrrädern und generell allem was man braucht, lässt es sich super aushalten! Auch die Anbindung nach Rom ist schnell und einfach. Paolo hat immer schnell und freundlich auf Nachrichten reagiert und hatte immer mit hilfreiche Tipps parat. Wir bedanken uns !

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Daniela was a really great host. She was very welcoming and generous with tips. We very much enjoyed the house. it had everything we hoped for, and it was super close to beach. We stayed here for the last 2 days of our Italy trip; highly recommend if you want to enjoy beach and be close enough to airport to drive there on your departure day

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön und für eine Familie mit Kindern toll aufgeteilt. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer, sowie ein großes gemütliche ms Wohnzimmer. Die Kinder waren begeistert von den Katzen. Wir waren zweimal in Rom. 10 min zum Bahnhof mit dem Auto und dann nochmal 20 Minuten mit der Bahn nach Rom Termini, wirklich sehr unkompliziert. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

He was outside ready to greet us, easy and clear instructions. The location was perfect and lots of beach bars to attend. Great access into Rome via train so good all round.

Appartamentino molto accogliente, pulito, con tutti i confort, si trova in un punto stategico x Zoomarine, Cinecittà Word. Adatto ad una famiglia con 1 bambino unica pecca, se così vogliamo dire, le zanzare.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui due notti, la casa è piccolina, ingresso con cucina, divano letto e tavolo, poi bagno e camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. Casa pulitissima e dotata di tutto ciò di cui c’è bisogno (stoviglie, macchinetta del caffè, asciugamani puliti, aria condizionata) I proprietari sono delle persone molto disponibili e molto amichevoli, ci hanno accolto di persona e ci hanno mostrato la casa. Ritorneremo sicuramente dato che ci siamo trovati benissimo! La zona è vicino al mare e vicino ai supermercati, è consigliata la macchina per potersi spostare.

The best Airbnb experience for us so far! Marco helped me prepare for a marriage proposal, which I really appreciated. Upon our arrival, we asked about good restaurants, and he gave us a quick tour of the area, sharing his insider tips(amazing food!). He was an very friendly host with a beautiful apartment. we can only recommend it to you!

Vacanza breve ma indimenticabile. Ottima sistemazione. Visitato posti splendidi sia Nemi, che è un confettino, che i dintorni del lado di Nemi con Genzano e il lago Albano con Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo. Siamo stati anche a Tivoli in una mezz'oretta circa a visitare Villa Adriana e Villa d'Este - FANTASTICHE. Ottima cena al Ristorante Le Colombe consigliato da Matteo, così come la colazione al Byron Bar. E per finire, senza saperlo, abbiamo vissuto la celebrazione dei 100 anni della Sagra delle Fragole. INDIMENTICABILE ESPLOSIONE DI GIOIA- Complimenti agli organizzatori. Anche da parte dei miei compagni, anzi compagne di viaggio, un grazie di tutto, è andato tutto alla perfezione. E...sicuramente faremo un pensierino per ritornarci dove la natura, la bellezza, i colori e la cordialità della gente del posto, "esplodono" a 360 gradi. Bello Bello Bello. Soggiorno fantastico nell'appartamento di Antonella e Livia! Sono host incredibilmente reattive. L'appartamento è bello, pulitissimo e molto ben tenuto. La sua posizione comoda vicino al centro città e a tutti i servizi ha reso il nostro viaggio incredibilmente facile. Consigliatissimo!

Stadsplan van Ostia en Rome met trein en metroverbindingen was voorhanden bij aankomst + boekjes met bezienswaardigheden. In tegenstelling tot wat we dachten is de bus (35 min.) véél sneller om de verbinding met de luchthaven te maken dan de trein + metro (bijna 2 u). Prachtig uitzicht op de zee vanop het terras (op straat is de zee moeilijker te zien door de afsluitingen van de betalende stranden). Betaalbare bistro's, restaurants en supermarkt op wandelafstand. Zeker de moeite waard.

Frederica was an amazing host! Always checked in to make sure things were running smoothly and checking in on me to make sure I didn't need any additional things. This apartment was so comfortable and spacious! I loved staying here!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!
