Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. I felt safe even walking at night. Bekah gave clear check in and check out instructions. Would stay again!

Amazing place to stay in Nashville. The unit is clean , beautiful , and has everything you could possibly need. The location is walking distance to Nissan Stadium and Broadway and also has great local restaurants. I will definitely book this again on my next trip to Nashville.

Love this location. The building entrance was easy to locate- navigation took us right there. All information provided by the host easily explained the steps to enter the building, pick up keys and locate the unit. The apartment was perfectly clean, had no issue with noise and loved being able to look out through the expansive windows and checkout the city while enjoying morning coffee. You can also see a view of the pool. All of the building amenities were fantastic- the gym is clean and has everything you would need, pool is spacious with plenty of lounge chairs, fire pit and relaxing outdoor furnishings. The available parking spot was also nice to have. Easy walk to Nissan stadium and surrounding areas. We felt safe walking day and night during our stay for the CMA fest. Overall- we would choose this location again- Beds were comfortable, a/c stayed cold and having a clean place to stay and enjoy our time. Repeat visitor and will be back again. So convenient and everything is so easy, right down to the free parking that is an extreme rarity in 12 South. We should note that this is one of the cleanest AirBNBs in which we have ever stayed. Add in tons of shopping and food right outside your door and it’s a perfect setting.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at the Riverfront condos but the 1st time staying at Kellie’s place. This unit was a million times better than the first one we stayed in. I would highly recommend Kellie’s unit! Walking distance to restaurants and downtown. We love coming to Nashville and will certainly book again!

A great location for our visit to Nashville with easy access to the freeway, attractions and restaurants. The place was well stocked with the necessary items needed for a visit away from home, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Did not use the rooftop, but charming as well. During our visit, Neal was accommodating and responded timely to an issue that arose requiring immediate attention. My only recommendation would be to allow the guest time to depart by the departure time, without housekeeping showing up early to clean. We felt a bit pressure to quickly gather our things and leave.

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here for our trip to Nashville. Close enough to downtown to walk or use the scooters but far enough away we didn’t hear downtown traffic and parties. Beautiful view of the river off the balcony.

Jennie and Maureen were great hosts and very accommodating/responsive. The condo was clean and an easy walk to Broadway. The rooftop was a nice addition and good spot to hang out. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Nashville!

Don’s place was perfect—just enough space, close to the pool, easy to find. The bed was super comfy which was a plus. The space was decorated beautifully. Don was quick to respond to all questions. I would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Riverfront Yall! The view was nice and the location was great—quiet, yet just a short drive to downtown. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Katie was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend for a getaway with great access to the city!

This place was so awesome. Very well thought out in the little details — a steamer, bathroom loaded with q-tips, makeup wipes, poopurri and funny little cards, both pool towels and regular towels, a fully-stocked coffee bar equipped with syrups, sugars and creamers, and huge bed options — queen bunk beds and a pull out couch. A great stay for a group of 4, or even more! Andrew was very helpful and gave me a call when looking for the gym and everyone was super friendly through text. Great stay!

The location was perfect. Walking distance to Nissan Stadium, Broadway, and everything else we wanted to do. I loved the feel of Germantown, and there were plenty of places to eat and drink without the massive crowds. The unit was clean and comfortable and the parking situation was ideal. We didn't have to move the vehicle at all once we arrived and it was under 24 hour surveillance. The view of the river was great. Too bad we didn't have time to lounge by the pool. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for CMA fest and found it to be very convenient! One mile to Broadway and Nissan stadium. Walkable but plenty of scooters nearby and cheap Ubers. The space was exactly as pictured and a great place to have for a few nights!

My fiancée and I had an amazing time staying here while we visited Nashville! The room was very clean and spacious! Plenty of things to do nearby! A lot of places to eat within walking distance! Would highly recommend for anyone else! We felt right at home!

Doing a great job with the location. Perfect distance from both Nisson Stadium and Broadway. Just a scooter ride from both! Definitely be returning.

This was our first time renting an airb&b and it was well beyond our expectations. We felt the price was reasonable considering we had 6 people, there was plenty of room, towel, dishes etc..... our only issue was the day light peeping in 😁 but I would definitely recommend this place to my friend's & family.

I think one of the best things you can say about an Airbnb rental is that when you stayed there, you never needed to contact the host with issues or complaints. Liz's condo was exactly as described. Very comfortable, roomy for our party of four and a pleasant walk to the Nashville strip where we spent most of our time. The small balcony overlooking the Cumberland was a great place to relax and recharge. Even though we needed for nothing during our stay, Liz reminded us that she was ready to assist at any time. I heartily recommend this rental.
