Everything excellent, very clean, good location, quiet area, always very attentive. A good place to stay.

We had a great day! The place is More in the centre of where the locals live than where all the hubbub of the island is so depending on what you’re looking… for we found that it was great to be in this location We walked into the more touristy section which was a bit of a walk. I think it was a half an hour but if you get a golf cart, it’s really fun and easy to get around. For the price it was a great place to rent for a few days with the pool in the ocean View right outside your door.

Eric is a great host, he met me for check in and gave a tour. Also bid farewell at checkout. The place is as described with fast WiFi allowing for remote work, with a desk in the main bedroom. The AC works well in the bedroom and the water pressure is great. Not much traffic on street so pretty quiet, and Ubers are affordable.

Booked Luis’s place day of for a last minute stay and he was super accommodating. Comfortable accommodation for one night with all the needed amenities. Also quite a few restaurants and shops nearby. We arrived late at night and the place was a bit hard to find but Luis gives very detailed instructions which are helpful. Overall would recommend!

Yes, don't hesitate, stay here! This place will allow you to vacation with total freedom, it has good mobility, it has what you need, autonomous arrival and departure, very quiet neighborhood, quiet house, if you are with your family, don't think twice, this place is perfect for them. The photos don't do the place much justice, it's prettier.

We loved our stay here at Noja Villa's. The location was great as it was about 35/40 min walk from the north end shops, restaurants and beaches which was ideal for us as we did not have a golf cart/bike for most of the trip. We loved our villa, the pool was beautiful and having the patio with hammocks and chairs by the beach was lovely. We rented bikes our last day (BiCi express) which was nice to see more of the island and super affordable. Staff was super kind and helpful. We also went on runs and there is a really nice walking trail south of the villa that has beautiful look out points of the beach. Our favorite restaurant was probably Green Verde which was a short walk, super high quality and delicious food and cocktails for a great price. I would stay again!

Excellent hosts, they were always attentive, the house was clean and just as described and as shown in the photos. They gave us many recommendations and directions on how to get to the places. My family and I thank you very much for your attention and kindness. I would definitely recommend it to my acquaintances and we would come back. Thanks for everything. 😊

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Nice place to stay very cosy

The house is away from the tourist areas and the location may seem concerning. However we felt perfectly comfortable and safe. We walked to stores and restaurants with no problems. If you go during the hot season, the common areas in the house will be very toasty; bedrooms all have a/c. Bottom line we would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay very suitable for a big group and accessible to everything near by. Very responsive and helpful to help us get around.

Very nice house, tidy and the host is always very attentive, in addition the transport passes in front of the house which allows you to move everywhere.

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

The house was nice. The air conditioner kept the house very cool during the blazing heat. The area had a few restaurants. The Mexican buffet was really good. The restaurant next door had great tacos and the waiter was really nice.The rooftop was very relaxing. Just a suggestion maybe a lounge chair would be nice to catch some sun. The WIFI was in and out but it worked when I needed it. The washing machine washed my clothes clean. There no elevator so be mindful of your luggage weight. Will definitely stay here again in the future Thanks 😁

Everything was great!!!!

Great stay. The apartment is very comfortable, it comes with everything you need for a stay of several days. It is modern and with all the amenities, it is very clean and spacious. The condominium in general is magnificent, the pools and the lake are as shown in the photos, you can spend whole days in the common areas resting and enjoying the water. Both the apartment and the entire condominium are very well maintained, they have 24/7 security and the staff is very friendly. The area is very quiet, there is no noise, or annoying issues around. Just a few meters away you can find shops such as Chedraui, Walmart, Oxxo, a gas station and many local places to eat. You can walk, but I recommend renting a car for more comfortable and faster mobility.

We just have to thank Ricardo's person or host who did everything to make his visitors feel very comfortable, was very attentive, made a point of showing the entire apartment demonstrating the operation and offering the comforts of home, we are very happy with the reception and the environment we were in.
