Home is very comfortable and very easy to get around. Andres was very communicative and helpful with anything asked. Definitely would stay again!

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

I enjoyed my first time in mexico. I loved the location of the place since it was very safe. I walked outside every night and never did i worry about my safety.

Nice place and very good location if you are going to use a jet ski or yacht, it is a very good location

i recommend the house, because what we liked the most is the security in the fractionation, which the host was from a day before, during and afterwards very attentive to us and our needs. The house is comfortable, comfortable, it has everything you need from glasses, cups and pans, to washing machine, iron and parking. in conclusion we would be back with my whole family on site.

Great deal!! Lots of fantastic restaurants nearby and only 20 minutes from the hotel zone. Easy to use Uber from the location to get anywhere in the city. The house was spacious and in good condition. The A/C was able to keep the place cool. The pool was an absolute lifesaver in the afternoons when the weather was hot. The hosts were also responsive. We overall had a very good stay!

Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

Excellent apartment. The location for us was the best, the facilities are new and well maintained. Not much noise. They accept pets, which was very important to us. Thank you very much Mike for your excellent service. I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Paola and Gerardo were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable trip. They recommended a variety of things to do in Mexico and helped us arrange everything—from a private chef and transportation to booking our excursions. The highlight was definitely the private yacht trip to Isla Mujeres—an unforgettable experience with stunning views and delicious food. The service at the house was also outstanding. Paola’s mom was incredibly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home was spotless, and we felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour security. We also really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, especially with the beautiful weather. This was a perfect place to stay with friends and family, and we highly recommend it!

The host was fantastic—welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast served, which added a personal and memorable touch. We loved this condo! We loved that we could walk to 2 restaurants just outside of the gates and a pharmacy /corner store. Just a walk across the street was a ferry dock and beach with bar that we loved as well. The security at the condo gates made us feel very safe and were always friendly and helpful even calling us a taxi. The condo itself was in a beautiful complex. pool with a dock at the back where our fishing charter picked us up. Inside the condo we noticed the water pressure was bad which caused one of the toilets to struggle to fully flush. There were a few sugar ants in the kitchen not so many that it was gross. They just happen in tropical climates. The water jugs were empty which meant we had to buy. All of the ACs worked great at night when sleeping! The place is not perfect but we loved the space. The couch was a little dirty and felt pretty worn out (I wouldn’t want to sleep on it). Host was amazing, always responsive, met us at condo when we landed to get us checked in

I loved the stay. Super good location and super clean

We had some issues finding the house, but once we found it…everything else was perfect! The host was above and beyond, super friendly, helpful and responsive. This was our first time staying on the South end of the island, but it won’t be our last. The place is perfect after a long hot day on the beach, king size bed is comfortable and the house cools down quickly. Absolutely recommend!

We loved the apartment, it was beautiful. The bed is comfortable and the view from the roof top was superb. You can see the ocean and the shark tower ;-)
