Family-friendly vacation rentals in Hotel Zone

This was my second time staying at Nancy’s place. I love that it’s clean and modern, Steps to pool/beach and groceries, and safe with security. Nancy is the best host - she arranged pickup and drop off to the airport for me. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking to enjoy Cancun - I’ll definitely be back a third time!

The stay was excellent. Everything was clean, well equipped and as shown in the pictures. The hosts were quick and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Okay: * Location, amenities and utensils in general * Very agile check-in and check-out process. * Room size and habitability (even if the view is partial to the sea). * Communication with Diego and willingness to help very remarkable! * Overall, the studio is nice and does the job, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, you can rest very well! * I really applaud that they are 100% pet friendly! Thank you for staying up to date and serving guests with this need and taste! To improve: * Air conditioning cannot be regulated * Hot water takes a long time to come out (a lot of water is wasted because of it) * Outside noise in general (for sensitive people, it can be difficult to sleep because you can hear cars on the avenue and some fans that work 24 hours a day). It didn't affect me, but it's something to consider. * The dryer, blender, stove, refrigerator and a/c already require maintenance or renovation. * The insistence of vendors * The cost of the daypass or breakfast pass is very expensive, I did not use it.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Can’t thank Blanca and Ola enough for allowing us to stay at their home. It is a beautiful location and is exactly as it is shown in the listing. The views and the pool are incredible. They lined up the transportation and ferry ride to get there from the airport. That took so much worry about the travel day away. The other concern was how to get around. They helped with renting a golf cart which we recommend for a few days. Taxis were always available right outside the condo. Look forward to our next trip there.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb just steps away from the beach! The location couldn't have been better. The host, Augustin, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. He made check-in smooth and answered any questions I had right away. You can tell he really cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Gaby was amazing throughout our stay. She stayed in contact, answered our questions and went above and beyond when we needed something printing. The house is clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. Gaby has gone out of her way to make you feel at home with extra special touches like a range of hats, sun lotion and insect spray, buckets and spades for the kids all available. The pool area is beautiful. We loved spending time out there and in the jacuzzi. The sign on the wall says that she is always happy to answer questions and this is really true. we loved our stay and would recommend it to everybody.

The listing is as described and very convenient. The very fun arrival with clear explanations. Perfectly matches a useful accommodation for families or groups of friends. Bus activity pick-up points are not far away which is very convenient. Congratulations to Raul and Elisa who ensured by message that the stay went as smoothly as possible. Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. Angel reached out to us to offer a solution beneficial to us both for the few days in-between two separate stays at his apartment with a discounted rate, which was really helpful! . Fantastic location just steps from the beach and close to all the popular clubs, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The place stays cool with strong AC, perfect for staying comfortable even on the hottest days. It’s an ideal spot for experiencing Cancunwithout paying resort prices especially great for longer stays.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Great home in a nice area of cancun. many shops within walking distance, and a short drive or Uber to the hotel district and beaches. we stayed in two houses on the street for a family reunion and we loved our time there.

This place was great. I was there with 12 of my best friends and everything worked out perfect staying at Daniel’s place; the house was a great size and the location was very convenient! We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the pool at the house was perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend!

very cosy place close to everything you need in cancun. the little dogs were so cute and friendly. the place was nice and clean. Will definitely return when I'm in cancun!

This was the BEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! This place had everything we needed, and it was easy to walk to restaurants, the mall, the park, etc. very short uber ride to beaches in the hotel zone. The pool was great, and the atmosphere was overall peaceful and quiet. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Alex place was a great place with beautiful views. I would definitely recommend place. The bar and grill below played music in the evenings and had 2x1 deals and half price deals. Good food also.

Marcella's/Lidia's studio apartment was perfect for my friend and I on a girls vacation and their communication was on point (they reached out early, very responsive). It was lovely that we got to utilize the amenities of the resort including 3 pools, beach access, daily towels, activities. [Note that you cannot order drinks/food from any bar/restaurant on site - you could pay for the all inclusive day pass but I don't recommend it, so many cool local spots to check out.] We bought our own drinks and could drink them anywhere; there was a portable cooler in the studio. The maid comes 2x/week. If you plan on eating in the room at all, I would recommend buying a sponge/dish soap. Would be nice to have a dish towel to dry utensils as well, but this is obvious a very small thing that did not impact our stay. We would absolutely stay here again; it felt both secluded and easily accessible (there is a mall right across the street with a grocery store and shopping - truly a 3 minute walk)!

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront property. The views were absolutely incredible—waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset each evening was a highlight. The host was extremely responsive, answering all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. The whole experience was relaxing and seamless. Highly recommend!

This is the third time we have stayed at Gisela's apartment and we are always very satisfied. The view of the sea and the beach from two of the rooms and the living room is excellent. The condominium's security is very good. Very good location. Gisela was attentive from the beginning. Totally recommendable.

We absolutely loved this spot and overall had the most enjoyable and memorable trip to Cancun Mexico ever. The unit was clean and just perfect space for two. The views were the best I have ever experienced in Mexico. The accompany hotel amenities were also nice (just please note that you will need to pay additional $95 daily fee per person to use any of the food amenities, including pool bar). The property staff were all super friendly and helpful as well. We will probably make this a destination stop when visiting Cancun moving forward.
