Vacation rentals with beach access in Hotel Zone

I stayed in this apartment for a week with my two adult daughters. The apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. It has two complete bathrooms which was a plus for us. The king size bed was really good. One of my daughters slept on the pullout couch and she said it was very comfortable. The terrace is very spacious ! With a table and chairs. And even lounge chairs. The best part of our stay was Our host Jessica is the true definition of a Super Host!! !! She responded to everything within minutes always helping with a beautiful attitude. I recommend this place to anyone. And we’re sure we’ll be back Thank you Jessica !

Cozy apartment with ocean view.

Gabriela and Gina were great in response to my inquiries. Gina was in person at the casa when I arrived and showed me the room and other amenities. I gave five stars for the ocean view. It is awesome whe I work up every morning watching the sunrise blended with the waves sound. Only the washroom needs to be upgraded.

Good host, lots of information/instructions and quick response. Nice place, we stayed there with 1 baby and 1 child of 4. We thought it was doable. Space is not very large, but sufficient. Equipped with everything you need and looks beautiful! Wonderful swimming pool and fine beach. Excellent value for money!!

Excellent hosts, they were always attentive, the house was clean and just as described and as shown in the photos. They gave us many recommendations and directions on how to get to the places. Great accommodation that matches the photos and description exactly. Hosts were available and accommodated us for our checkout time. Easy communication. I would recommend this place which is a short walk to a great beach and offers the pool a few meters from the place.

LOVE LOVE this beautiful place!! Perfect location away from the busy of center. Gorgeous view to the east and west. Lots of space. Rooftop decks amazing! Great pool and outdoor relaxation space. Cannot wait to return

We were warmly welcomed and attended to at all times. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was exceptional at all times, and the beach was extraordinary. The area is very safe and peaceful. There’s a bus stop close to the house, with buses passing by frequently—public transportation is excellent. Also nearby is the dock that can take you to Isla Mujeres, another beautiful beach. There are also small markets and places to eat close to the house. I highly recommend this home and definitely plan to return.

Beautiful villa!! The area was safe, clean & quiet. Very accommodating for our family of 6. Host was very welcoming & response time was fast. I would stay here again, the view is everything, the villa has the basics for cooking. Grocery is only a couple mins away. Very spacious. Close to ferry to go to the island, we used uber and sometimes the public bus, bus runs every couple mins, only a $1. We really enjoy the villa!!

I would highly recommend it! The place is as described, easy to access, clean, comfortable and quiet to enjoy the beach and pools. Great for families...I'd be happy to come back.

This was such an amazing stay!! Mara was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home 😊. This little spot is very spacious and tucked away with TONS of tropical plants and lights, it felt really magical. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again next year.

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!
