Condo vacation rentals in Hotel Zone

Nela’s place isn’t just beautiful but also very practical. It’s very close to the activities on the hotel zone but still in a private and quiet part of the zone. Nela is super helpful and always goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and asking about your experience. Nela is also very generous with advice when asked. It was a pleasure staying at Nela’s beautiful place and we will definitely visit again very soon.

This place exceeded our expectations!! Eric & Daisy were great attentive host. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Additionally, I appreciated they had suggestions for shuttle services which saved us so much hassle. The condo is right on the beach with beautiful views. The area was peaceful and never too crowded. There was also a pool which was also nice to have around. Clean water for us to drink was provided, AC worked great, the condo was super spacious, the washer was a great amenity, convenience stores right across, and was walkable to many pick up locations for guides/tours. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The place looks just like the pictures; security does a great job at limiting access to strangers. The common areas are always clean, easy access to public transportation. The Coffee shop inside the community has great food and service.

Casie’s place is very mucho enjoyable and fun! The apartment it’s very clean and comfy. We spent the greatest time and most definitely we will be coming back we loved it!! Also thanks to Nicki ❤️ she was the greatest with her recommendations

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Cancun! The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free, which made our arrival super easy. The condo looked exactly like the photos—stylish, clean, and very comfortable. One of the best parts about this place is the location. It’s central to everything in Cancun—whether you’re looking to explore the beaches, restaurants, shopping areas, or nightlife, everything is just a short drive or walk away. This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

If you want an amazing location in Cancun without all the party crowd, this is the place for you. Amazing view, private pool and beach are just down the steps (steep) from your balcony. And they're an on-site restraunt and bar at the pool. This place isn't fancy, but the view and pool make it well worth the price.

everything was perfect Just the bed was too small, the nights were difficult and the chairs are not in good condition otherwise the apartment was clean and matches the descriptions. Very good communication with Gaby. I'll come back if I go to Cancun.

Great place to stay, quiet neighborhood, the apartment is comfortable and there are several places nearby. Communication with Luis was very prompt and friendly at all times.

I’ve stayed at Maria’s place three times already, and every time has been perfect. The apartment is very clean, bright, and exactly as described. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

The place is nice, there is an Oxxo very close and it is very close to the hotel area and the exits to the railway if you plan to go to Isla Mujeres. The area is quiet and the apartment is very well maintained, everything works and complies with what is indicated. The manager was always available for any issue. Just as a suggestion, it would be great to have a little more tupperware or refractory for cooking.

The house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly, attentive at all times, the bathrooms are impeccably clean, a shopping mall nearby, in general, everything was excellent, thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

This place is beautiful. Everything’s perfect. The people are friendly. This is a safe space. Plenty of security. The pool is a party spot. Family friendly. I’ll be back soon!!

This was a great stay! Beautiful location, very well equipped. They had little odds and ends that made the stay much, much easier. David was very responsive. We ran out of the on-site water they provided (which wasn’t expected) and David and his team had a new jug in place within hours. The writeup they provided was really helpful to get some general information about both the unit and the surrounding area. The accessibility to grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, etc. left me feeling like we shouldn’t have rented a car! We weren’t sure, but would have made a different decision had we known what we were coming into. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful and immaculate. Very well stocked kitchen spices coffee condiments. If you enjoy cooking it is very well equipped. We really felt like welcomed guests. Mango cafe and caribbean garden are within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend. Gorgeous views!!!

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

This place was exactly as advertised! It was actually better than I thought! Me and my wife loved it and considered it our honeymoon! Even though we travel to a few other places prior to this within the last six months! That should tell you how much we loved this place. I’m definitely coming back!

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

Loft with access to a very nice beach, the pool is very nice and having the restaurant right there was very useful, everything was very tasty. One advantage was having the hotel's laundry service at an extra cost. The proximity to the airport helped a lot to avoid complications when leaving, and the city center can be reached easily and cheaply by public transport. Although the beach has a lot of waves, it has areas where you can be without problems, and the loft is close to other public beaches. Mariana always answered quickly and politely and resolved questions and requests very well. Thank you very much for everything

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Cancun! The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to the beach, great restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and peaceful. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips that made our trip even better. We felt completely at home and safe throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cancun—we’d definitely love to come back!
