Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hotel Zone

Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

This place is really good and deserves 5 stars. The place is very tastefully designed, with the finishes, furniture and small details in keeping with a luxury apartment. The balcony is awesome, with a very good size for up to 4 people to comfortably enjoy the excellent view. The pool is SPECTACULAR! It's 40 meters long and 1.50 meters deep! Ideal for people who like to swim long distances and the water temperature was quite good. Finally, the check-in and check-out process was super easy, and being autonomous, it is very convenient, especially for people who have to arrive or leave in the late hours of the night or early morning since there is always a person at the reception 24/7 ready to welcome you.

Our stay at the Villas Marlin was fantastic! Having a breathtaking ocean view from every room was so relaxing! This is an awesome location that is walking distance from a grocery store, two wonderful malls, a pharmacy, many fabulous restaurants, coffee shop, and a mini market for cold drinks on those hot days. The beach is clean and beautiful and we loved the refreshing pools when we needed to be in the shade for a while. Juan Carlos was very available to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this wonderful Cancun retreat!!

The apartment is amazing, super spacious and comfortable! Both the dining room and bedroom have ocean views! It is a few minutes' walk from the island (shopping mall).

We had a wonderful stay at Cusho’s home in Cancun! The location was perfect—peacefully tucked away from the hustle of the hotel zone, yet still central and convenient to everything we needed. Cusho’s team, especially Elsi and Carlos, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cusho and Louise were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our trip. We were traveling with a toddler, and they were so accommodating—helping us coordinate baby gear rental before our arrival, which made a huge difference. It truly felt like they thought of everything. We would absolutely love to return to Cancun and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. This was one of the best—if not the best—Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

We only stayed one night but the place was clean and the beds were comfortable. We easily found the accommodation and were able to access it without a problem.

My stay was great! As a solo traveler felt safe and was able to easily work remotely. Home as pictured. The host was wonderful with communication. The community is gated and friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay unattached from the tourist areas this is it. I agree with other reviews about having a car when staying here. What you need is close but not walkable, hop on the bus close. I worked from home most days so Ubered when I needed to and ordered Uber Eats on the days I wanted to enjoy being home. Take a walk through the neighborhood for the outdoor playground and exercise area in the neighborhood.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

We loved the place, and will definitely come back again when we travel Cancun next time.

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

I wish I could leave a 10 star review . We had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay! Veronica’s home was AMAZINGGGGG !! The place was exactly as described , clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, not too far from the hotel Zone but still quiet and peaceful at night. The host was friendly, attentive , and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated how responsive both Veronica and her husband Peter were throughout our stay . Definitely made my first experience out of the country worth wild !! And the rooftop pool? Definitely a great touch , it made our trip feel extra special !! I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

The place is perfect for relaxing, the stay was beautiful, literally like home, ideal for families or couples. In my case, my family and I were fascinated, we recommend it 100%, the amenities within the complex, as well as the attention and questions that clarified my doubts, very nice to explain and recommend everything. Carlos is a very attentive and responsive host. He met us personally and helped us get our multiple suitcases into the apartment so we could settle in and feel right at home. He went out of his way to honor our requests and make sure we were comfortable. You really could not find a more gracious host! The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate the 3 adults plus one cat. I liked the fact that there was ample parking in the guarded parking lot for our rental car. Having said that, there are lovely restaurants nearby within walking distance in case you do not want to rent a car. The beach is also at a walkable distance from the condominium. But once you see the pool, you may never want to leave! It is huge and pristine with very relaxing, well maintained environs. We spent many happy moments relaxing there during our almost 3 week stay at Playa Linda. Many thanks to Carlos for a memorable stay. You really went the extra mile for us, and I will be forever grateful.

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

the apartment is very nice (it matches the photographs 100%), it has all the amenities that are required in a home, so we did not have to worry about anything, other than enjoying ourselves. The pools are beautiful, clean and with the right temperature for swimming, as well as having nice palapas for those who do not want to swim. And as for the attention received, it was very good, since they are always attentive to the needs and doubts that we have. They really make you feel right at home. Recommended in 100

Perfect location I will definitely stay there again

Had a great stay in Eva's airbnb which was family friendly. We loved the pool was was heated and clean as well as the wildlife. The apartment was clean, perfect for our family with travel cot available. Overall we recommend

Loft with access to a very nice beach, the pool is very nice and having the restaurant right there was very useful, everything was very tasty. One advantage was having the hotel's laundry service at an extra cost. The proximity to the airport helped a lot to avoid complications when leaving, and the city center can be reached easily and cheaply by public transport. Although the beach has a lot of waves, it has areas where you can be without problems, and the loft is close to other public beaches. Mariana always answered quickly and politely and resolved questions and requests very well. Thank you very much for everything
