Stunning Sea View Home, St Leonards, Norman Rd

CharlesRating, 5 stars2 days ago
The house has all the comforts. The house is a house with stairs. Jo had warned about this. So we weren't surprised. In the house you lacked nothing and everything was clean and tidy. Parking was a bit of a problem. But in the end, it worked out well.

Charming Grade II-listed cottage

PeterRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We stayed here 4 nights. Altho the temperatures outside we quite high it remained really nice and cool inside, which we liked a lot. The garden is really cozy and provides both sun and shadow which makes it a pleasant place to relax. Everything was as described and the flowers and milk provided were welcoming extras. The only criticism we have is that the countertop felt a bit sticky and that the cupboards are quite cluttered and we had to search sometimes to find what we needed. Overal we would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely charming and spacious house in a beautiful setting. Charlie was very responsive to my numerous inquiries about things to do in the area. We also really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The house is even more beautiful than the photos. Definitely recommend. Would love to stay again.

Stunning beachfront house at Pett Level - sleeps 6

CliveRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We head down to the Sussex coast for a family weekend. It was built around a gift of a visit to Tillingham winery. Castle Fort matched our expectations perfectly…. Sea views and sounds, huge open planning living area, very appointed…. A home from home by the sea It was practically perfect. We had one small hiccup. I think we were the first guests for quite a while and the water system pressure was low, which challenged us on the first night but Georgina stepped up and we solved the problem This is a perfect spot if you want to explore the delights of Rye, what a find Very comfortable with everything you could ever want in a holiday let Definitely will return

The Dairy: light and relaxing

KatherineRating, 5 stars6 days ago
A very comfortable, homely cottage set in a beautiful, peaceful location. Peter and Marilyn were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed walking from the cottage without having to use the car, but there was easy access by road to many attractions. During our short stay we visited Rye, Rye Harbour, Bateman's House and Garden and Eastbourne. We highly recommend this cottage.

The Stables, Rye

JamesRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay at The Stables. It’s in such a perfect and central location for a maximum 2 minute walk into the high street. Lots of beautiful shops, restaurants, coffe shops and even an amazing Cinema (Kino). The property was a good size for a couple, with a lovely cosy and bright lounge area and fully equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable too! Whilst there is some road noise, it was generally very quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay, thank you!

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Cosy Fairlight Studio Flat

DanielaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a truly wonderful stay! The studio had everything you might need and was very clean, cozy, and comfortable—just perfect for a relaxing getaway. A huge thank you for all the thoughtful tips and recommendations—they really made our trip special. We especially loved the scenic walk from Firehills View along the cliffs, followed by a delicious lunch in the garden at the Two Sawyers. Taking the East Hill lift in the afternoon and spending time on the pebble beach in Hastings was the perfect way to round out the day. Everything was just perfect—thank you again for being such a kind and attentive host! Dani and Rey

White Rock Sea View Apartment

JackRating, 5 stars1 day ago
The flat was extremely cosy and clean, had no problems finding the place and it was incredibly to get into the place. It over looked the beach which was nice in the morning and in the evening. It can be occasionally nosy but that due to people speeding down the main road. It was handy to have a Tesco nearby which is only like 5-6 minutes away. Overall had a lovely stay there and would definitely come back in the future.

BOUTIQUE 1 Bed Ground Fl. Flat with private garden

KatieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I had a really lovely stay! Paul was really responsive over message and flexible in letting me drop luggage and check in early as the flat was ready due to an early check out. The flat is so well stocked and Paul goes above and beyond, supplying bread, milk eggs, cereals etc and the bathroom is stocked with everything you need should you forget anything. Location is very near the train station and St Leonards and Hastings is lovely. I found a lot of things were closed on a Sunday or Monday but there was still a lot to wander around and I loved the peacefulness.

Elevate your spirits with horizon spanning views

MargoRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

Lovely 1 bedroom annexe next to the beach

KathyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
This was our fourth stay here at David's Annexe which really speaks for itself. It's the gift that keeps giving each time we return. The annexe was spotlessly clean as always ,with all aspects of our stay catered for.We wanted for nothing in the chalet as everything had been thought out carefully. Even dog blankets and doggy treats for those who bring a dog, although we didnt. The weather was beautiful every day, which was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable, and the kitchen area was superb. The milk in the fridge which was waiting for us on arrival, along with the yummy biscuits were really appreciated after a long journey. David and Lisa our hosts as always were more than happy to help out with any request, always with a genuine smile that made such a difference. We want to mention Reggie their lovely dog,who always made us welcome when we sat out on David's private beach on the seats he so kindly made available to us for free use. So in a word it was Utopia. Thank you.Kathy and Clive.

Patrick's flat has a great location, close to the train station, the Old Town and Morrisons supermarket. It is also a three-minute walk from West Hill, which offers the most beautiful views of the Old Town and the see. The flat is well-maintained, clean and bright. The living room has a nice view, and the kitchen has a lovely small garden with a terrace. Patrick was always available and responded to my messages. We highly recommend this place!
