I can’t respond to booking requests until 15 November. This house is on a quiet tree-lined street but within walking distance of Herne Hill, Brixton, and Brockwell Park, the biggest in Lambeth. There is very limited weekday parking. There are excellent bus, underground and train links eg 30 mins to the West End. The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

Self Contained EnSuite Double Room Free Parking

The property is an annexe to our house and has it's own separate entrance. Our house is situated next to a park and the side window from the bedroom overlooks the park. We have our own private driveway of 100 metres long from the street and off street parking is available. Very quiet green and leafy area and the house is well hidden away. Transport links are very good from our local station Tulse Hill about 7 minutes walk away.15 minutes to London Bridge or take a bus to Brixton underground.

There is plenty to do locally with green spaces, good pubs and restaurants close by as well as a myriad of Zone 2 transport links.

A welcoming family live-workspace offering a comfortable and inspiring base to explore the city.

A great one bedroom garden flat

This is a lovely one bedroomed, self contained garden flat. It is a light and airy space which has a open plan living area and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room. ( please note that although there is a sofa bed, the flat is available to book for 2 guests, or three people if guests have a child) NB Please note that at present I am only taking bookings for a max 5 nights stay, thanks.

We have lived here for over twenty years and love the area for convenience for shops & transport, friendly neighbours & parks for walking. The house is warm, safe and well maintained. Whether you want an evening sitting in the living room or a dinner party round the kitchen table, we hope you pick up on the informal and cozy vibe we love so much.

Located in a quiet street a short stroll from Brixton tube and train station. Buses run from nearby into central London. There are plenty of local shops, cafes, restaurants & pubs nearby including the famous market.
