Just experienced the most perfect 3 day stay, in an absolutely ideal location in Rye. A spotlessly clean, stunning character filled property with low beams, wonky walls and sloping floors, which all add to it's wonderful charm. A very responsive, helpful and kind host, who really wants you to enjoy your time there. No questions too hard and always a very warm prompt response from Becky. We would 100% recommend this property and host, if your looking to book the perfect getaway in Rye. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

What a wonderful place……everything as described….David & Donna provided a great welcome pack. The house had everything needed for a relaxing break. Beach was quiet and clean. Games room was a hit for the competitive people in our group! View from the sitting room was stunning ……Plenty of parking and was very easy to find.

The house and surroundings are so beautiful! I wanted a private and green outside space for my 30th birthday celebration with my closest friends and this was EXACTLY what i was looking for! And Simon was a very responsive and accommodative host.

We really enjoyed staying at Amy’s place. The cottage is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Amy was a helpful and responsive host. The location is superb, our first time in Rye but we will be back. We particularly enjoyed brunch at The Fig and dinner at The Union in Rye and The George Hotel has a lovely courtyard for drinks. What a beautiful home Lucy has. Had everything we needed for a night near the centre of Rye. A very homely feel with a beautifully designed kitchen and extremely comfortable bed. Lucy was very quick to respond and very helpful with directions to her home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Had an amazing stay in St Leonards and the flat was lovely, with views of the ocean and only a 5 minute walk to nearby stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Location was perfect and the airbnb was exactly how Angela described it. Lots of places to visit and smack bang in the middle of all the activity. Really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous flat on the seafront, with two super comfy bedrooms and beautifully curated art throughout the house - would 100% stay again if I’m ever back in St Leonard’s!

The apartment is in a fantastic location, a stone's throw from the beach, old town and shops. A car park is nearby. All the rooms were spacious and clean. We travelled with a buggy and it would have been a problem if we had to bring it into the apartment (you have to go up four flights of stairs) but thankfully we were told we could leave it downstairs. We did not use the kitchen much but it was equipped with a variety of appliances and tools which could come in handy. Would recommend this place.

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

We had a lovely stay at The Stables. It’s in such a perfect and central location for a maximum 2 minute walk into the high street. Lots of beautiful shops, restaurants, coffe shops and even an amazing Cinema (Kino). The property was a good size for a couple, with a lovely cosy and bright lounge area and fully equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable too! Whilst there is some road noise, it was generally very quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay, thank you!

I had a wonderful and peaceful stay for a long weekend. Sarah was a very welcoming host and the check in process was very easy. I was spending the weekend visiting family, but there are lots of lovely coffee shops and restaurants in both Lindfield and Haywards Heath. The studio flat was very private and very cosy in the midst of a horrible January storm

Our first Airbnb, it was AMAZING. Sadly only able to stay for two nights. The accommodation was perfect in every way. We didn’t require any of the facilities other than two mugs, a kettle, a bed, and a bathroom as we were in the area to visit relatives for a function, however, there was everything supplied that could possibly be needed for a long holiday. The bedding, and everything else, was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere, beautiful white towels. Could not find a single fault at all, and I’m not an easy person to please! Such a peaceful area. Anna’s flat is perfect for a seaside break. Amazing view overlooking the sea, easy access to the beach and promenade into Hastings. Flat looks just like it does in pictures, is very clean, quiet and had everything we needed for the weekend. Lots of nearby cafes and restaurants within minutes and free on street parking available. Anna was very responsive.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

Kimberley's place is an unexpected delight. As soon as you walk in the apartment door you are hit with the 'WOW!' factor - it is truly stunning and the attention to detail is next to none. She has created a tranquil haven of bohemiam beauty, with everything you could possibly need for a stay by the sea. The location itself was perfect - within easy walking distance of everything in Hastings and St Leonard's, and with a gorgeous view of the ever-changing seascape. Kimberley was the most thoughtful and responsive host and had considered absolutely every tiny detail for guests. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay somewhere special with buckets of character! Thank you Kimberley 😌

Patrick's flat has a great location, close to the train station, the Old Town and Morrisons supermarket. It is also a three-minute walk from West Hill, which offers the most beautiful views of the Old Town and the see. The flat is well-maintained, clean and bright. The living room has a nice view, and the kitchen has a lovely small garden with a terrace. Patrick was always available and responded to my messages. We highly recommend this place!
