It was a really nice and well-located apartment. Would recommend but just up until 6 people, we were with 8 and it was a bit too small for us. And the one other downside is that you cannot store your luggage anymore after check-out in the apartment and have to make arrangements to store them someplace else.

We had a fabulous stay with Samantha. Her place is huge and full of character, the bedrooms were very cute with all you could need. Samantha is really friendly and communicative and it was a pleasure to meet her too! Kemptown has lots of lovely things to explore and is a short walk from the pier and centre of Brighton too, and the flat is right by the beach. Thanks Samantha, hope to stay again sometime!

What a gem, we felt very welcome and at home. Our space was super with amazing views of Brighton’s sea front we loved every minute and slept well every night. Thank you so much for your great cake and thoughtful breakfasts. We hope we get to do it all again soon.

Sam's a really good host with great communication. Stayed for several nights. The room was spacious and close to the sea front. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely place to stay in a quaint village. The space has great blackout curtains for light sleepers and is very quiet. Lots to see and do, lovely cafes within walking distance and wonderful hosts! We hope to return!
