Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. It was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was gorgeous. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun with the games, puzzles and ping pong table. We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Perfect accommodations. Ben worked with us to fix our reservation when we mistakenly canceled it at the last moment. His help was invaluable. Highest of recommendations!

John’s place was amazing. It was a clean home, quiet neighborhood, and well maintained. Our family will definitely be coming back for a longer stay!

Our stay at the Coral Retreat was perfect. We were at the house for six days with our two teenage boys and of all the hotels and resorts we’ve stayed at this place takes the cake. We had countless manatee swimming right by and up to the property and we also saw dolphins a few times. The house is in a very serene neighborhood and if you want a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel or other touristy areas that feels like an actual home for your family - you will find it here. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. It was apparent that lots of thought went into decorating and furnishing the house so you can enjoy your stay. The beach was within a short walk as well as many restaurants and shops. There was also a nice grocery store very close that has everything you need. My wife and I loved our stay here and I’m hoping that we can make this our regular go-to place for a Florida getaway.

I enjoy staying at the beach when I come to visit family in the area. Jenn's apartment was everything you could want in a short-term stay. She has thought of little things in the kitchen (clips for chips!) and I was very comfortable. There's a good local restaurant/bar just 2 block away with yummy food and the heart of Cocoa Beach is about a 5 block walk. It really is a convenient location! The beach is about a 4 block walk. Doable, but, if you drive there are meters 7AM-7PM, but, the beach is soo worth it!! Highly recommend!

We loved the peacocks! They added such character to the area. They can be a little loud, but we felt it added to the charm. The pool was fantastic, and the house was spacious. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach when you were carrying chairs/umbrella/toys, but it was easy to drop them off and walk back when there weren’t parking spots. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely visit again! Perfect spot for a week!

From the moment we booked, communication with Zeena was seamless, prompt, and incredibly helpful—she truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and prepared for our stay. The home itself was nothing short of spectacular. It was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail felt thoughtful and well-curated, making the space not just a place to stay, but a place to truly enjoy and relax. The location? Absolutely perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful enough to feel like a private retreat. One of the standout features was the home guide Zeena provided. It was thorough, informative, and incredibly useful—not only covering the ins and outs of the home but also offering great recommendations and tips for making the most of our time in the area.

We absolutely loved staying here. Perfect size for me, my husband and young daughter for a few nights. Beach is so close and Julie offered all the beach items needed- umbrellas, sand castle stuff, chairs. She also gave amazing recommendations for restaurants, breakfast, sunset drinks, ice cream spot, etc. thank you so much for all of the amazing suggestions. The fresh seafood was just the best! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location of this house! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and dogs were allowed during certain times. We would definitely stay here again.

Just a perfect little spot. The place is comfy, safe, and clean, nice furniture, comfy beds, extra cot and pack n play for the kids, all the basics in the kitchen. Great quiet location on the beach, close to some really great restaurants, nice heated pool. BYO shampoo, conditioner, body wash (there was some leftover communal bottles under the sinks but those always freak me out to use). The beach stuff made the trip with everything in great condition. We used the 2 umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, all 4 chairs, beach cart, towels. There's a cooler and beach bag too. Maryam really thought of everything. You can't see the launch pad for the rockets from the unit but once it got above the buildings we had a good view of it for a minute or two. More expensive than the hotels in the area but it was worth it to us given the extra space and beach gear. Will definitely be staying here again!!

We had a great stay at 400 South. We only Recommend to have the sofa cleaned in the unit we stayed in it has stains and looks dirty. The bathroom needs shelving there is no space to put your things at all. The unit does not like the pictures, not as fresh and clean as represented. We re trying another unit next week let’s see. I have to say the host is super responsive! 🙏🏻

Christine’s suite was perfectly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It was the little details that made it feel extra special. The space had everything we needed, and the peaceful garden was a highlight… our son loved spending time out there. It was quiet, relaxing, and just a short walk to the beach, which made our stay even better. We truly felt at home and would gladly stay again!

I never write reviews. This place is amazing. We had the best time! Great pool & Coco beach is just a short uber ride away! We ate cruisers & it was perfect location to stay & get on the ship! We will definitely stay again for next vaca in the area!

Maria and Paul's unit was very well-equipped and perfect for a weekend getaway for us as a couple. It was very clean and comfortable, there were plenty of clean towels and bathroom supplies, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy snacks and meals during our stay. We especially loved the nautical decor! The area was residential and quiet despite being close to busy main roads, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. and had a beautiful sitting area and garden. This part of Merritt Island was perfectly central to get to the Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and other Space Coast attractions. We would definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed at both Philip’s condos multiple times. Great location right downtown. Close to many things in the area. Unit is well stocked with necessities as well as some thoughtful extras. Unit is fairly priced and we’ll continue using as a base for Merritt Island/Space/Springs adventures.

The communication was great. The condo was everything it was described as. I love the great ocean view. It was a really nice and cozy spot with a lot to do nearby. I would recommend this place.

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. We had a great time here! Lora and Mike were great and even called to tell me the place was ready a bit early. They were so responsive. The place was great and a quick walk over the sand was the ocean that by far was the highlight. Otherwise the place was clean and comfy! Thanks again for the great vaca!

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful week-long stay at Eleny and George’s condo. Eleny provided clear check-in instructions so check-in was a breeze. The condo itself is very spacious. The 2 bedrooms are large and each has a full bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, has modern appliances, and has a full-sized washer and dryer. The best part of this oceanfront condo is the wonderful balcony!! It can be accessed from sliders off both the living room and master bedroom. The view is stunning and the sound of ocean waves is so relaxing. We were able to see a launch from Cape Canaveral directly from the balcony, which was a real bonus! The condo is well appointed with modern technologies and updated decor. The condo comes with an indoor parking space which was a pleasant surprise. Eleny was very responsive and communicative. She proactively told us when launches were occurring throughout the week and checked in regularly to see if things were going well. We highly recommend!!
