Come unplug and relax in a quiet scenic area of Florida. 1 traffic light from all amenities, Publix, WalMart, Walgreens, Banks etc... A short drive to remote beaches. The house is setup to accommodate a boat. Access to private community dock where you can see the most beautiful sunrises! Bring you fishing pole, kayak, paddle boards... or just a chair and a book.

We are located within a wildlife preserve 4 miles south of historic Melbourne Beach and 9 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Park. 12% County and State tourist taxes.

Bring your fishing pole and sit out on the dock to fish or watch the fish jump or the manatees or the occasional dolphin!
