Beach house vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Ben’s place. It was exactly as described. It was comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was gorgeous. The pool was very nice. The kids had fun with the games, puzzles and ping pong table. We had bikes and plenty of beach chairs, towels and toys. Perfect accommodations. Ben worked with us to fix our reservation when we mistakenly canceled it at the last moment. His help was invaluable. Highest of recommendations!

The home was stocked so well that we were able to pack light! From 60’s to 8mos old, this home was AMAZINGLY PERFECT for all. I am in the industry on the West Coast and came with high standards, I can honestly say this villa and service exceeded my expectation! Everyone had their own bedroom and private bathroom. There was zero noise from outside. Everybody slept extremely well. The kitchen is stocked for any chef/cook. daughter worked from there. The Internet connection was strong, there was a desk chair and essentials for her to have an office set up. Tara has everyone covered for the beach (chairs, coolers, wagon, umbrella and more)… HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sun & Daughters for any vacation or business trip. Walking distance to the beach and Pier, shopping, amazing restaurants, Kennedy Space Center is a short drive too. Best Ron Jon shopping ever. Thank you Tara for hosting us. I will be shouting your villa out to many people.

This house was perfect! Close enough to walk to the beach, but also very private on a nice street of other nice homes. The garage was packed full of so many things you could use, like chairs, games, and bikes, we didn’t have to bring as many things as we normally would for a beach trip. The house was very clean, and everything worked perfectly. We all agreed that we would come back to this house in the future, as it kind of turned into what we would hope to purchase one day in the future. Absolutely perfect home, with a perfect location, and a pool of course! 10/10, would live here if we could!

This was our second stay at this beautiful property and we can’t wait to come back again! Amazing house with a great pool just off of the water. Everything is clean and true to the pictures. Selene is very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend staying here for a visit to cocoa beach!

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

Mark's Airbnb rental is truly a gem, located in a prime spot right on the beach. The location couldn't be better, as it is just steps away from bars and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife and local cuisine. The proximity to the pier also adds to the convenience, allowing for leisurely strolls and breathtaking views. Speaking of views, the beach itself is simply stunning with warm waters and soft sands, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and fun activities. The rental itself is well-equipped with a great kitchen that has all the necessary condiments for cooking up a delicious meal. Overall, my experience at Mark's Airbnb rental was fantastic and I would definitely go back again for another beach getaway. It's the perfect combination of location, amenities, and comfort.

We came down for the weekend, and this was truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was so great, I had to share. The home is very comfortable and exactly like the pictures. The location is amazing — right on the beautiful water. You can sit on the dock and just relax while watching the manatees in the intracoastal waterway. I saw a bunch of them playing behind the house — such a peaceful, almost magical experience. The house has everything you could possibly need. It’s a great deal and perfectly located — just minutes from Ron Jon, Cape Canaveral, and everything else you might want to explore. You can be across the bridge in five minutes. The owners were awesome and super helpful. Great management all around. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-equipped place in a perfect location, this is it!

This home exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect for our needs, the kitchen was fairly well equipped, beds were comfortable, placket and play and high chair were perfect and the pool was a delight. Absolutely would be a repeat stay for us. Thank you Jennifer.

Last minute booking at a great location! Across the street from beach access only crossing a 1 way road. The beach was not crowded and the waves were great for our kids. The house itself was perfect from the decorations to the outdoor seating. The beds were comfy and everyone had their own space. There was an outdoor spicket to rinse off sand and the showers were great as well as stocked with linens. We stayed 3 nights and would love to have stayed longer!

Excellent location- beach is very close! Loved the space and layout of home. Patios and decks were a bonus. Parking in driveway. Very clean and updated. Appreciated all of the beach supplies!

Megan’s place was perfect. The attention to detail was impressive. The home was very comfortable and clean. The decor was so cute. She provided everything we would ever need. Check-in was easy, and her communication was wonderful. The location was convenient, and we felt very safe.

Really very nice location! So close to the beach. Comfortably cool and well kept. Love the showers! I was tickled to see that they were the same showerhead I had in my house, so it was really nice and very very well-maintained.

My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip. We loved the house, especially the pool and hibachi grill, definitely make breakfast on it if you have a chance! They even provided pancake mix, and other kitchen basics, which was extremely convenient. They provided beach chairs which were nice to have and use. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful house!

Yulia’s home is the epitome of an Air BnB! We were comfortable, it was conveniently located to everything we were interested in (space center, wildlife boat tour, Universal, the beach) and she is an amazing hostess - responsive, and accommodating. The amenities at her home were above and beyond, especially for a family with children - lots of toys and games for inside play and an incredible amount of beach accessories (toys/chairs/towels/coolers/wagon and more). Plus, we saw manatees right from her pier AND a rocket launch! Would 100% stay there again.

Stay here, highly recommend! Beautiful, clean home. Plenty of space for everyone. Comfortable beds. Lovely pool and patio. Best part is watching the manitees, dolphins, turtles, fish, lizards and many birds right from the dock! Or hop on in the river on their kayaks! Friendly neighbors swam in the river. Oh and easy 10 minute walk to beach through neighborhood and host provides wagon, chairs, toys, bikes and more if you want them. Loved it, would stay again!

My family and I enjoyed this house for spring break. We loved the backyard and everyday seeing a momma manatee and baby swim right along our paddle boards. The boys loved to sushi and went fishing in the kayaks. The owner was so helpful with places that were a must see and yummy food stops. Cocoa Village is def a must. Add Brevard Zoo to your list! Very close and is a beautiful zoo. We really loved the house and location. Great Stay!

Cannot say enough good things about this Airbnb! Private, yet feels close to everything. We walked to the beach, restaurants and mini-putt and made good use of the bikes, boogie boards and beach gear. The backyard is gorgeous and the house is immaculate with beautiful touches. Lots of towels, fresh linens and comfortable living room. Amanda was great to deal with - she offered us an early check-in and reached out to make sure we knew about a cool local event happening. Our first trip to Cocoa Beach and we loved it! Thanks for the great stay :)

We had the best time at this home. The house was the perfect blend of relaxing and fun. We walked to the beach, biked to restaurants and enjoyed the home itself with it's amazing amenities. 10/10 would recommend! The hosts were so kind and added special touches that made us feel even more welcome.

I enjoy staying at the beach when I come to visit family in the area. Jenn's apartment was everything you could want in a short-term stay. She has thought of little things in the kitchen (clips for chips!) and I was very comfortable. There's a good local restaurant/bar just 2 block away with yummy food and the heart of Cocoa Beach is about a 5 block walk. It really is a convenient location! The beach is about a 4 block walk. Doable, but, if you drive there are meters 7AM-7PM, but, the beach is soo worth it!! Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for what we had planned for our trip. Absolutely amazing area and super close to the beach. Would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Cocoa Beach!

We spent the weekend in Cocoa visiting our friend who was there for military training, the location of this house was absolutely perfect. A 2 minute walk to the beach, and the pool and hot tub to enjoy after a beach day. The host was super responsive, and the house is beautifully decorated. Easy to uber, and use ride share services with convenience of location of house to get to downtown area. Thanks for the stay, as we enjoyed the house a lot.
