I really enjoyed my stay at this location! The hosts were AMAZING with communication and set my expectations front and center. The actual unit is modern and luxurious-feeling—a great place to come back to after an afternoon at the beach or out on the town. It very much feels like an upscale NY apartment. My favorite feature of this place was the bathroom! The lighting coupled with the walkin shower was amazing to enjoy after a long day. The location is right near the train tracks, as others have stated, but the noise really isn’t that bad at all. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and peaceful. There are also plenty of restaurants, stores, and the beach not far away, making it a pretty optimal place for vacation. Overall, I liked my experience and would stay here again the next time I visit. As a matter of fact, I would have stayed longer! Thanks RSVP Haven team 👍

I had an amazing stay here! The beach access was so easy and there were lots of towels and sitting areas to relax on. The kitchen was super clean and had everything we needed. Additionally, the location was close to a ton of restaurants and bars, including the downtown area. There was lots to do! Lindsey was very responsive and checked in to make sure I was enjoying my stay. I would recommend this place to others.

We Enjoyed our stay so much,the apartment was beautiful, very well stocked, was glad to find the spices in the cabinet, like that people left there extra unneeded item ic cabinets,we left paper towels, paper plates, the perishable we left for the owners in a small cooler .so if you need a small cooler for the beach they have one you can use,Carolyn and Mike are very nice,sweet and helpful, definitely make you feel welcomed. We appreciated the beach chairs , boogie boards ,sand buckets and shovels ,the beach towels were so big and soft especially the blue ones 💙 loved the private beach, the view and the sunrise 🌅 the patio furniture and loungers were great for laying out.would definitely come back .Thank you for the wonderful time and the use of the washer and dryer, I washed all sheets and towels for you left on bar clean. The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, including the Keurig. Balcony had a great view, very clean and well furnished. Beach access was a short walk through the building and down a few steps. Beach was never crowded, even on a holiday. Beach equipment and a wagon was supplied. We would stay there again.

Wendy was a wonderful host. Her ‘Penthouse’ was perfect! Great view with a covered parking lot. The pool and the beach were very close, and the kids loved it ! She had beach chairs available and boogie boards and the kids loved the beach toys! This made our stay so enjoyable. We had great restaurants nearby and it was a quick straight drive from Orlando airport. We had forgotten the lil ones favorite blanket and teddy bear , and she was gracious and kind to mail the items to us. We really appreciated her kindness. We definitely plan on coming back!

The home was beautifully decorated. You can tell they care and do upgrades. Then bonus room is a little outdated, but it was closed off from the main area with French doors. You could easily open it for added space if you have a large family gathering. Great place for kids to hang out. Ping pong table was a hit. Washer and dryer worked great. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The master on suite. Well i don’t want to ruin the surprise or the laughs, It is one of those scratch my head and laugh. The shower was wonderful lots of hot water. We would definitely book again. Due to storms we could not use the pool but it was clean and well kept.

Loved this space. Drake was an excellent host and very responsive. He went above and beyond to take care of a minor concern, and we appreciated it very much. He’s amazing! The pool and home was very clean and spacious. Convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach. I loved having my morning coffee in the pool area while listening to and viewing the birds. So relaxing. The bed and pillows in the master bedroom were also very comfortable. I slept so well. I assume the other beds are just as comfortable as there were no complaints. My family enjoyed this space very much. Would definitely stay here again, and I recommend it.

Chef’s kiss! 🤌🏼 The neighborhood, the home, the yard, THE WATERPRESSURE 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼 This place is it We will be back It’s beautiful and homey My 8 yr old learned to swim in the beautiful pool and my 11 yr old He’s non verbal but today when it was time to leave and he kept taking his cup and putting back in his vacation room and then the heartbreak when he realized we were leaving I’m gonna go with he loved the house as much as the rest of us! Thanks so much for hosting us PS we already have friends and family asking for the reservation info to enjoy for themselves. 🤌🏼

Mark's Airbnb rental is truly a gem, located in a prime spot right on the beach. The location couldn't be better, as it is just steps away from bars and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife and local cuisine. The proximity to the pier also adds to the convenience, allowing for leisurely strolls and breathtaking views. Speaking of views, the beach itself is simply stunning with warm waters and soft sands, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and fun activities. The rental itself is well-equipped with a great kitchen that has all the necessary condiments for cooking up a delicious meal. Overall, my experience at Mark's Airbnb rental was fantastic and I would definitely go back again for another beach getaway. It's the perfect combination of location, amenities, and comfort.

We stayed here for a visit to NASA & a cruise. This was a great place! It was in a perfect location for both. The house was spacious, clean & exactly how it was listed. Easy to access and host was quick to respond. Highly recommended and would stay here again.

The place is located on a very lushly landscaped property. The long dock calls you out to it. The bedrooms were bigger than we expected. Perfect place to rent a boat, fish. and spend time outdoors with family.

Loved our stay here. Town is very bikable and somewhat walkable. We were provided with a wagon, umbrella, and beach chairs, which were a huge help as we flew into Florida! Great stay, the screened in porch was a lifesaver from those mosquitoes

The place was absolutely perfect, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, pool and a few steps to the beach. Oversized living room. Close to restaurants. The balcony was great for my morning coffee. I would definitely rent again.

This apartment was bigger than I anticipated! It was great for the get away- lots of space and in a great location. Easy to walk thru downtown Titusville but also to walk the river and the bridge for exercise and to see some nature.

My family of 4 stayed 2 nights at Ivars and Stephanie's place and we absolutely loved it. We were traveling for a short beach vacation and a little longer Disney stay and we wanted to be at the beach for as long as we could. Ivars and Stephanie were so accommodating and allowed us to have a later checkout on our last day which we are so grateful for. The location of this place is so perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, it's a quiet and safe area and the condo is just as described. Also less than 1 mile from a Publix to grab any groceries you need for your stay, lots of restaurants, the boardwalk is super short drive, and a great putt putt/go cart place is just down the road too! Super clean, all the things you would need were provided, and beach items included in that! We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

Wonderful!!! Comfortable bed, plush towels, fully stocked kitchen with quality supplies, I could go on and on. The best part of all was the access to the beach and the chairs and umbrella provided! We walked to local restaurants and bars many times and really felt at home. Katelyn is a gracious host and extremely responsive. You cannot go wrong by renting this place!

Kristin’s place was beautiful and the perfect place for a quiet weekend! We couldn’t have asked for better, the pool was right around the corner and the condo had everything we needed and more!

This condo is in the perfect location. As soon as you walk in the condo you see the ocean from the patio doors. It’s so beautiful. We were able to see four rocket launches from the balcony. Everything is neat and tidy. Lots of beachside home decor. It’s all very tasteful. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was comfy and the bed linen was all fresh and clean. Overall the perfect stay. Thank you.

Very peaceful yet close to activities. The hosts have a good sense of all those little things that make a stay not only enjoyable (free fun beach seats and toys), but also comfortable (a slew of “Oh, crud, I forgot X” items like lint rollers, floss, etc.” Very thoughtful!

The condo was so nice! We greatly enjoyed our time there and loved being able to walk right out to the pool and beach. The property and building grounds were very well kept and fully stocked with everything we needed. We saw two space launches from the beach during our stay, and I think they had a couple more that we missed. The atmosphere was laid back and quiet, but within a short driving distance to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and activities. We traveled to Orlando and Daytona Beach, which were both only about an hour away. Our host Michelle was fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
