Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, (they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi service to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!) RELAX and ENJOY!

Within walking distance to Cocoa Village which offers theatre, restaurants , cafe’s, and nightlife. We have kayaks and bicycles for those who want to enjoy nature. This cottage is perfect place for special memory making getaway!!!!

The 1905 Garden Cottage, carefully restored and beautifully appointed, will be your home while you are here. Welcome to The Majestic River Garden. This charming cottage was built in 1945 before this era of cookie cuter homes where every house in the neighborhood looks the same. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

Enchanted Acres Ranch in Port Saint John, FL, is a charming miniature horse farm offering a unique and enchanting experience. The ranch is known for its scenic beauty and tranquil atmosphere. Whispering Pines Cabin comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and is located in a serene wooded setting. Guests can interact with horses and goats and connect with nature. The ranch is the perfect venue for relaxing getaways, weddings or family gatherings. NOTE: This cabin does not have TV or WiFi available.

Our one-bedroom cottage sits in the middle of over 25 acres of the beautiful Florida Nature Coast. Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

Have you ever wanted the opportunity to feed an egg to a fox? Or feed a lemur? Hand feed a deer or sheep? Dance with a cockatoo? If so you’ll get to have these and many more experiences here during your stay. Our Airbnb is different, and our main focus is on offering rememberal experiences to our guests. We have a small family run 501C-3 wildlife sanctuary here on our 18 acre facility that you will be staying at. We do live on the property, but in a detached house across the driveway

The treehouse is a private getaway for a couple that want to experience the magic. Check out video tours on U-Tube. Type in Treehouse in the Cloud. There have been several movie and other photo shoots done on property. Please text request and details, and we can negotiate fees. Our other AirBnB is just next door; Country gem horses close to Theme parks [link] Which is 1,000 sq ft and sleeps six.
