This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

We Enjoyed our stay so much,the apartment was beautiful, very well stocked, was glad to find the spices in the cabinet, like that people left there extra unneeded item ic cabinets,we left paper towels, paper plates, the perishable we left for the owners in a small cooler .so if you need a small cooler for the beach they have one you can use,Carolyn and Mike are very nice,sweet and helpful, definitely make you feel welcomed. We appreciated the beach chairs , boogie boards ,sand buckets and shovels ,the beach towels were so big and soft especially the blue ones 💙 loved the private beach, the view and the sunrise 🌅 the patio furniture and loungers were great for laying out.would definitely come back .Thank you for the wonderful time and the use of the washer and dryer, I washed all sheets and towels for you left on bar clean. We absolutely loved staying here. Perfect size for me, my husband and young daughter for a few nights. Beach is so close and Julie offered all the beach items needed- umbrellas, sand castle stuff, chairs. She also gave amazing recommendations for restaurants, breakfast, sunset drinks, ice cream spot, etc. thank you so much for all of the amazing suggestions. The fresh seafood was just the best! Would definitely stay here again!

Just a perfect little spot. The place is comfy, safe, and clean, nice furniture, comfy beds, extra cot and pack n play for the kids, all the basics in the kitchen. Great quiet location on the beach, close to some really great restaurants, nice heated pool. BYO shampoo, conditioner, body wash (there was some leftover communal bottles under the sinks but those always freak me out to use). The beach stuff made the trip with everything in great condition. We used the 2 umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, all 4 chairs, beach cart, towels. There's a cooler and beach bag too. Maryam really thought of everything. You can't see the launch pad for the rockets from the unit but once it got above the buildings we had a good view of it for a minute or two. More expensive than the hotels in the area but it was worth it to us given the extra space and beach gear. Will definitely be staying here again!!

I couldn't ask for me from my stay - the accommodations included everything they described and more. They thought of everything! The hosts were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Perfect experience. Best stay. Will go back!

We had a great stay at 400 South. We only Recommend to have the sofa cleaned in the unit we stayed in it has stains and looks dirty. The bathroom needs shelving there is no space to put your things at all. The unit does not like the pictures, not as fresh and clean as represented. We re trying another unit next week let’s see. I have to say the host is super responsive! 🙏🏻

This place was more than we expected. A great location for us to stay before leaving for our cruise. The house was extremely clean and spacious.

This was our second stay at Espacio Azul. Both were memorable vacations. Lyn and Harry were very responsive to our needs. They even alerted us to 2 rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. We watched 1 from the backyard at night, and 1 during the day from the beach. Both were spectacular. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

The home itself was nothing short of spectacular. It was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Every detail felt thoughtful and well-curated, making the space not just a place to stay, but a place to truly enjoy and relax. The location? Absolutely perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful enough to feel like a private retreat. One of the standout features was the home guide Zeena provided. It was thorough, informative, and incredibly useful—not only covering the ins and outs of the home but also offering great recommendations and tips for making the most of our time in the area.

Great stay at this Airbnb. Felt like home from home, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a few nights stay. Very much appreciated the free pizza voucher. The area is perfect, just a few minutes walk from lots of great restaurants and bars and less than a 10 minute walk to the beach but very peaceful and quiet in the apartment. Perfect for us. Would highly recommend staying here.

Such a cute and wonderful little cottage! The house is relatively close to most everything. We walk the whole time we were there. Some was a good little walk but doable. The house itself self was very comfortable and Sondra was wonderful when it came to communication!!

This home is a dream. The proximity to the beach is superb, but once you step into the backyard and your private oasis, you'll be tempted to stay there. The house is beautifully decorated with every detail you can imagine. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows provided. The kitchen is spacious and the layout of the house with two living rooms allows your party to do their own thing when they want to. The backyard was the highlight for us. The landscaping provides pure seclusion. During the day we relaxed in the pool loungers and every evening we would relax in the spa and then dry off under the patio lights by the table fire pit. We did not need to bring over half of what we did because so many amenities and beach items are provided. I can't think of one negative thing to say except we didn't stay long enough!

We had an amazing time staying at The Cocoa Palm! The house has everything you need, it felt both new and exciting and comfy and right at home. Amy was flexible, communicative, and provided easy instructions and recommendations. Our kids loved the bedrooms, the game room, and the sun room. The backyard is full of fun and relaxing activities. The beach is easily walkable and it was so nice to have everything provided for a fun beach day, including towels, wagons, umbrellas, and beach toys. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to stay here again!

perfect location, not even 5 minutes from beach and 10 to 15 minutes to most restaurants by walking. very clean and alone of amenities. we will be definitely staying here again.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. Having a homebase by the beach was so nice, we love it and we hope to book her place again.

Very peaceful yet close to activities. The hosts have a good sense of all those little things that make a stay not only enjoyable (free fun beach seats and toys), but also comfortable (a slew of “Oh, crud, I forgot X” items like lint rollers, floss, etc.” Very thoughtful!

Olga‘s place was beautiful, and pristine. It was nicely furnished, clean, and relaxing. The view is also beautiful and the location is great. I would love to stay there again. Olga was also flexible and super sweet to communicate with.

We had a great time here! Lora and Mike were great and even called to tell me the place was ready a bit early. They were so responsive. The place was great and a quick walk over the sand was the ocean that by far was the highlight. Otherwise the place was clean and comfy! Thanks again for the great vaca!

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful week-long stay at Eleny and George’s condo. Eleny provided clear check-in instructions so check-in was a breeze. The condo itself is very spacious. The 2 bedrooms are large and each has a full bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, has modern appliances, and has a full-sized washer and dryer. The best part of this oceanfront condo is the wonderful balcony!! It can be accessed from sliders off both the living room and master bedroom. The view is stunning and the sound of ocean waves is so relaxing. We were able to see a launch from Cape Canaveral directly from the balcony, which was a real bonus! The condo is well appointed with modern technologies and updated decor. The condo comes with an indoor parking space which was a pleasant surprise. Eleny was very responsive and communicative. She proactively told us when launches were occurring throughout the week and checked in regularly to see if things were going well. We highly recommend!!
