Beachfront vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach

Condo was decorated beautifully. Looks like it came out of a magazine! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. The host was very responsive. We had an issue with the AC and she got someone out to fix it in a few hours and kept us informed the entire time. The private beach access is a definite perk and the beach was not busy. Condo is well equipped with what you would need. We got to witness a rocket launch from the beach and it was one of the coolest things I have ever seen. We would definitely stay here again and we’re really sad to leave.

Megan’s place was perfect. The attention to detail was impressive. The home was very comfortable and clean. The decor was so cute. She provided everything we would ever need. Check-in was easy, and her communication was wonderful. The location was convenient, and we felt very safe.

This was our second stay at this beautiful property and we can’t wait to come back again! Amazing house with a great pool just off of the water. Everything is clean and true to the pictures. Selene is very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend staying here for a visit to cocoa beach!

Mark's Airbnb rental is truly a gem, located in a prime spot right on the beach. The location couldn't be better, as it is just steps away from bars and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife and local cuisine. The proximity to the pier also adds to the convenience, allowing for leisurely strolls and breathtaking views. Speaking of views, the beach itself is simply stunning with warm waters and soft sands, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and fun activities. The rental itself is well-equipped with a great kitchen that has all the necessary condiments for cooking up a delicious meal. Overall, my experience at Mark's Airbnb rental was fantastic and I would definitely go back again for another beach getaway. It's the perfect combination of location, amenities, and comfort.

We came down for the weekend, and this was truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was so great, I had to share. The home is very comfortable and exactly like the pictures. The location is amazing — right on the beautiful water. You can sit on the dock and just relax while watching the manatees in the intracoastal waterway. I saw a bunch of them playing behind the house — such a peaceful, almost magical experience. The house has everything you could possibly need. It’s a great deal and perfectly located — just minutes from Ron Jon, Cape Canaveral, and everything else you might want to explore. You can be across the bridge in five minutes. The owners were awesome and super helpful. Great management all around. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-equipped place in a perfect location, this is it!

We had a wonderful time in Lihua's place. We had everything we needed, it was very clean, and the beds are so comfortable as well. Perfect location with plenty of things within walking distance. The view through the kitchen and living space is a dream, as well as the master. Lihua was very helpful when needed and it was a joy to stay here. We have been to Cocoa Beach multiple times and we will definitely come back to her place!

Olga‘s place was beautiful, and pristine. It was nicely furnished, clean, and relaxing. The view is also beautiful and the location is great. I would love to stay there again. Olga was also flexible and super sweet to communicate with.

We were in town for the Kennedy Space Center visit before heading to Disney. This house was so great for everything we needed—close to great restaurants and grocery, quick and easy walk to the beach, short drive to space center, and relaxing in backyard with pool, games, and putt putt. You can see Rocket launches from the beach with just five minute walk from the house. The house itself was very nicely designed, amazingly clean and included all of the extras. We had a few questions for the house and we had quick and helpful responses. We have already recommended this listing to our friends looking for a nice stopover for cruises or space center visit before heading to Disney. Cocoa Beach itself felt like old school Florida and had a great vibe with all of the entertainment and restaurants. We had a great time and are already looking for a reason to rebook soon!

The place was absolutely perfect, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, pool and a few steps to the beach. Oversized living room. Close to restaurants. The balcony was great for my morning coffee. I would definitely rent again.

Mel & Lisa are great hosts. Everything was at our fingertips as advertised. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Beach is perfect to watch space launches from Kennedy. Beach cart, towels, chairs, umbrella all worked perfect.

Beautiful place in a great location. Clean and stocked with supplies. Loved the code entry so no key at the beach. 15 seconds walk to the pool, 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes by car to the Port restaurants. 10 minutes to Cocoa Beach. We absolutely loved our stay at the resort. We have been visiting cocoa beach annually for years, and our usual place was under construction. After staying here, this is our new go-to. The resort was absolutely spotless, and front desk was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was exactly as described, and clean- which is my number one concern wherever we stay. The pool was wonderful and my kids loved spending hours there. The arcade is fun for a change of pace, and private beach access was perfect. We rented beach loungers and umbrellas daily, and it was so nice not to have to lug chairs back and forth. There’s plenty nearby to walk to, and it’s in the perfect location. The grounds are also beautiful, with gorgeous landscaping. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful when I reached out before our stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

I had an excellent stay. Suzi's place was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Beach was great. She provided great instructions so everything was easy to find.

The Heartland is perfect for people who want to be able to walk to downtown Cocoa Beach, but still feel in your own little beach paradise. Coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and The Fat Donkey for ice cream (thanks for the recommendation Kristin!) We live nearby in Merritt Island, and the celebrated our 50th anniversary with our children and grandkids who now live in California, but grew up here. The weather was perfect for the beach, or the pool, or just sitting up on the observation deck to watch the sunrise. Plenty of places to be together outside or inside. Well equipped kitchen and the everything you need to prepare meals. The separate floors with multiple bedrooms and baths made it easy to regulate the A/C for us Floridans who are used to the heat (warmer) and cooler for the Californian kids who slept on the lower level. Best family vacation ever! Highly recommended.

Incredible house right on the beach! Great backyard with grass - with ample seating both covered and uncovered - facing your own private pathway to the beach. Can’t believe how private the beach is yet the house is so close to everything. Kitchen is spacious & has everything needed to prepare any meals. Finishings in house are high end & the 4 bedrooms are all super comfortable. Open common areas make it a great space to hang out, watch movies, play games. One story with the exception of set of stairs from front door to rest of the house (3 of the bedrooms are on the main level as the rest of the house; 1 bedroom at bottom of stairs by front door). We fully intend to make plans to come back!

Fouad is next level amazing at his job. We ran into some unforeseen hiccups. They happen. He handled himself absolutely perfectly. My guy handled the situation and made sure our stay was the best possible outcome. 10/10 recommend any of his stays!

This place was wonderful for our kids, grandkids and ourselves. The views are incredible… can see the sunset and sunrise from upstairs. Jen and Shane were wonderful… very quick to answer all my questions!

Our family felt right at home in this beach front house. We used the private pool and enjoyed access to the beach daily. There was plenty of space in the home to accommodate our large family without feeling crowded.

the house is so pretty, big and comfortable for party of 8 or 10. if you love the beach this is your place, for a sunrise so worthy. best part petfriendly.

My friends and I stayed here for a girls trip. We loved the house, especially the pool and hibachi grill, definitely make breakfast on it if you have a chance! They even provided pancake mix, and other kitchen basics, which was extremely convenient. They provided beach chairs which were nice to have and use. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating, thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful house!
