Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach

Stayed here with my family for my birthday, it was very spacious with lots of amenities. Everything you need is already at the house. We loved the location, we walked to the beach and back, 5min walk. We also took our dog to the dog beach, he enjoyed it as well. We did morning walks around the neighborhood, it was a safe location. It was also easy to communicate with host. Very family friendly location, definitely want to come back next month.

The home was beautifully decorated. You can tell they care and do upgrades. Then bonus room is a little outdated, but it was closed off from the main area with French doors. You could easily open it for added space if you have a large family gathering. Great place for kids to hang out. Ping pong table was a hit. Washer and dryer worked great. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The master on suite. Well i don’t want to ruin the surprise or the laughs, It is one of those scratch my head and laugh. The shower was wonderful lots of hot water. We would definitely book again. Due to storms we could not use the pool but it was clean and well kept.

Really enjoyed our stay! Backyard really was an oasis. Had a lot of fun playing pickleball and basketball and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Home was clean and they had everything we needed and things we didn't think of (e.g. skewers for making s'mores in the fire pit, beach chairs) Appreciated the responsiveness in communication and from hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

This home exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect for our needs, the kitchen was fairly well equipped, beds were comfortable, placket and play and high chair were perfect and the pool was a delight. Absolutely would be a repeat stay for us. Thank you Jennifer.

We needed a place close to Cape Canaveral for a large group. Location was perfect

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!

I never write reviews. This place is amazing. We had the best time! Great pool & Coco beach is just a short uber ride away! We ate cruisers & it was perfect location to stay & get on the ship! We will definitely stay again for next vaca in the area!

Megan’s place was perfect. The attention to detail was impressive. The home was very comfortable and clean. The decor was so cute. She provided everything we would ever need. Check-in was easy, and her communication was wonderful. The location was convenient, and we felt very safe.

Just wanna say thank you to Timothy for providing an awesome Airbnb experience beautiful home less than five minute walk from the beach. Great little restaurants and bars also walking distance so an Uber and irresponsible driving was unnecessary. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again. Thank you Timothy for everything.

The place was beautiful and had a lot of beds just enough for my big family. The back yard was great, the hot tub, frogs, lizards and turtle shack was awesome! We lit a fire and played games all night! As we sat in the hot tub we seen the Kennedy Space Rocket blast off from the space center and watched it blast off from the back yard. It was awesome! The place was everything and more they explained on the Airbnb app!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront condo! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Great stay in a perfect location! The house was a great size for the four of us plus a baby — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the deck overlooking the pond — so peaceful. The pool was just across the parking lot and very clean, which was a big plus. The hostess was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

We spent the weekend in Cocoa visiting our friend who was there for military training, the location of this house was absolutely perfect. A 2 minute walk to the beach, and the pool and hot tub to enjoy after a beach day. The host was super responsive, and the house is beautifully decorated. Easy to uber, and use ride share services with convenience of location of house to get to downtown area. Thanks for the stay, as we enjoyed the house a lot.

Pedro’s place was the perfect home base for us for our 3 day weekend in the area. Walkable to beach, some restaurants, and almost groceries (it looks like the former Winn-Dixie nearby is being converted into an Aldi). The photos are accurate and there are thoughtful touches throughout. It’s a great space for a couple. Nice and clean and relaxing. The hosts were super responsive and friendly and we had a great experience.

Such an amazing stay here! Loved being able to walk right out to the beach whenever we wanted. We rented the golf cart, which was wonderful for driving to the nearby stores. Was the perfect spot for our trip! Would definitely stay here again!

What a gem so happy with our stay at Spanish Eyes! We found Carmen and Shalom’s place to be very clean and well equipped, which is what I look for a comfortable stay. Their place is very well maintained and had such beautiful views of the ocean! We absolutely loved the beach access right off the property, it’s very private and almost all of our stay had the beach to ourselves! Oh and the beds we slept so well, what a restful stay after coming from the theme parks! Thanks so much I would most definitely stay again and again!!

Very convenient location. Everything you will ever need was furnished. Clean, comfortable and one block from the beach. I would stay at Linda’s condo again. Highly recommended.

As native Floridians, we always look for the smaller, private places to stay and we found this hidden gem. The home was clean with no clutter and the location is perfect with a quiet, private beach. David and Kelly were very responsive and we had no troubles at all. We were extremely pleased with the beds, linens, and everything you would need to cook complete meals in the kitchen. And as an AC & Electric business owner, the AC works great! Not a single complaint on this amazing find. Thank you both for being great hosts!

Really very nice location! So close to the beach. Comfortably cool and well kept. Love the showers! I was tickled to see that they were the same showerhead I had in my house, so it was really nice and very very well-maintained.

We came down for the weekend, and this was truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was so great, I had to share. The home is very comfortable and exactly like the pictures. The location is amazing — right on the beautiful water. You can sit on the dock and just relax while watching the manatees in the intracoastal waterway. I saw a bunch of them playing behind the house — such a peaceful, almost magical experience. The house has everything you could possibly need. It’s a great deal and perfectly located — just minutes from Ron Jon, Cape Canaveral, and everything else you might want to explore. You can be across the bridge in five minutes. The owners were awesome and super helpful. Great management all around. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-equipped place in a perfect location, this is it!

It was as exactly as described. Right on the water, beautiful private beach. Lots of amenities. Going home with clean clothes/towels after a beach trip is a lifesaver. My only negative feedback is that there is no detachable shower-head so sand will stay in the nooks and crannies. We will definitely be back!
