House vacation rentals in Carbis Bay

Great stay. Perfect location, lovely little house perfect for our needs and really quiet.

The consistency of reviews led me to book and just says it all. 3 generations, all very happy....we usually eat out a fair bit but enjoyed the space so much we barely did. The feeling is of a huge, comfortable house with an immediately homely and easy air. The kitchen is as at home...every utensil..even a baking cupboard..not treading on eggshells in a cold corporate space, but sharing a family home which has clearly been a haven for generations. Thank you to Joy for her lovely proactive tips...we slept soooo well....and made the most of every moment...the sign of a week well spent in the most comfortable of places.

We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. A beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Hosts provided all of the information we needed. We will certainly return for another visit in future!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Caroline’s place! We loved the freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam on arrival. Check in was super easy as the key was just left in the door. Our little boy Myles loved watching the alpacas too! Overall very pleasant and refreshing stay I would recommend!

This was our family’s second stay at what is our favourite spot at Retallack. The lodge, being right on the water, feels peaceful and secluded, but is only a few minutes’ walk to the pool, restaurant and other amenities. Mel is a great host, always replying quickly, and the lodge has everything we needed for our stay. We’d definitely come back again.

Lovely place to stay. Beautiful views of the hills and next to lovely beaches. Nice pool as well as the hot tub!

Nicola and her husband are such welcoming hosts. It was a truly wonderful place for a break a wholesome experience. Has so much to offer from dog walks, animals, night log fires, relaxing

Jane and David are amazing owner and they are very supportive. The place looks amazing and very clean. However the place is very difficult to find. I used Waze and Google maps but still I kept going around on the same place. I lost almost 40 minutes to find the place. So better be ready and upload the my3words apps and it would lead you to the right direction as recommended by Jane and David. But overall we had a great time. The place looks great.

We had a lovely family stay in St Ives. The location was great - close to the beach and town, but also far enough to hide away from the crowds - Michelle was very friendly and helpful. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Vielen Dank. Es war wirklich toll! Das Haus war groß, super eingerichtet, gemütlich! Die Lage super. Schön ruhig. Nah am schönen riesigen Strand, nah zur Bahn und Bushaltestelle, um Supermärkte und St.Ives zu erreichen! Wir waren mit Bus und Bahn unterwegs.

We a wonderful week in Bodillan. The interiors were very nicely and comfortably decorated, be it the top floor or downstairs in the comfortable bedrooms. And everything was spotless indeed. We very much enjoyed the stunning view as well as the beach (7-8 min. walk), especially with our dog that also felt at home immediately. We had all of the kitchen ware that us 4 needed to cook some tasteful dinners. The Cornish Way was always very prompt in answering our queries and gave us lots of very useful information well ahead of our stay. We would always return.

Staying at Camilla's home in Mousehole was an absolute joy. The house is beautiful, very well equipped, stylish and comfortable and, situated at the top end of the town, the sea views from every single window are simply stunning, it was amazing! Camilla left a welcome pack of a few essentials that was very welcome, was always responsive and helpful and check in and out were very easy. We parked on a road at the top of the town and carried our luggage down to avoid taking the car through the narrow streets, an option if you're happy with the walk back up the hill to the car. We had visited Mousehole on a daytrip before, but staying in the town was a really special experience. We definitely hope to return.

Liz is very responsive and a great host- the place is spacious , clean and has a great view as well; definitely recommend!

We stayed at Beluz House for a week from 7 June 25 and could not have been happier. The location is perfect. Right in front of the most beautiful beach and within easy walking distance of another 3 stunning beaches. Just on the edge of town, so not al all noisy. Yet within 3 min walk to the town and the multitude of restaurants and bars. You couldn’t get a better location. The house was cosy, comfortable and very traditional. Everything you needed was provided. Beautiful little front garden and views from the bedroom balcony to die for. Jonathan could not have been more helpful and friendly. Even when we had a puncture 2 mins after leaving, was able to advise us where to go. Would definitely go back again. We had a great holiday.

The location is perfect right on the beach and you can walk into the Harbour in minutes, the only downside is parking but we managed to park on the island car park. Lovely views of the sea from the rooms and the place was clean, had everything we needed would definitely book again.

We had a really wonderful stay in Polvenna beachhouse. The house is clean, spacious and light, with a cosy, beachy interior. The beds and showers are great and the kitchen is very well equipped. We all loved the amazing view and the sound of the waves when lying in bed at night. It was really magical. Porthtowan has a great beach. We loved the rockpool and rented surfboards. The village store is a short walk down and sells fresh bread. Nearby St. Agnes is lovely and has some great restaurants. This is a good place to visit the rest of Cornwall from. Don’t hesitate to book!

We’ve been visiting st Ives at new years for about 15 years now and this stay is in the perfect location, stunning views in every bedroom out to the sea, 5 mins max walk to all the restaurants and even a spotless lovely gym in the house! Faz and his family were staying in st Ives at the same time as us and they were super friendly, helpful with everything and even treated us to a bottle of wine! Couldn’t recommend staying there more we definitely hope to be back!

Richard was a fantastic host to us and his house is a reflection of that. It was extremely well stocked with high quality furnishings and kitchen equipment. We were a group of 6 and had plenty of room each. Beautiful location and the house is located on a secluded road which makes you feel safe. Richard was extremely responsive and provided tips and recommendations when I asked. 100% will stay here again when we’re in Cornwall! Thanks Rich.

Great Host and Home. Great location and well thought out for guests. No where is perfect and this place is no exception however you can tell there has been care and thought put into this Airbnb to make it a great place to call home when on your holiday. Its an activity in Cornwall itself.

We had a fantastic stay at Sue's house in St Ives. The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the main beaches, from the Tate gallery and the Hepworth museum, and from the town centre. The house itself is spacious, and very well equipped, with lovely bedrooms and plenty of space to relax. Sue is a great host, very helpful, responsive, and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Perfect stay for our little family in Half Term

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Responsive hosts, beautiful property, lovely secluded and peaceful location. The facilities e.g swimming pool, sauna, steam room etc were such a lovely addition! Can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Guillemot Cottage! The location is perfect, very close to the centre and two of our favourite beaches but without being too noisy outside in the evenings. We would definitely head back here - thanks for a lovely trip ☺️

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at Abi and Morv's beautifully furnished home. Being in a warm and comfortable room with huge windows looking out to panoramic views (and amazing sunrises) was so peaceful and relaxing. It didn't matter that the weather was wet, we were in no hurry to go out! Although it is set in a tranquil and idyllic setting, it is just a short drive from the coast and so many lovely places to visit: Godrevy Beach was our favourite dog-friendly destination.
