Garden views with sea glimpses from the balcony. There are 3 or 4 steps to access. Parking for one car on the drive. Great location for St Ives. Situated on the first floor, but with only eight granite steps to the apartment entrance. The living room and small balcony enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the harbour and bay. There are two bedrooms, each with a 4ft. 6in. divan bed. Both bedrooms have a TV and built-in wardrobes; heating is by electric panel radiators. The comfortable living-room has fitted kitchen area that includes a fridge/freezer and washer/drier, a large window seat to watch the world go by completes this apartment.

The Garden room is a built cabin (studio) clad in cedar and situated on a peaceful road in Carbis Bay. The cabin has a king size bed with a beautiful bathroom, heated floor and walk in wet room. Soft towels and toiletries are provided. A galley corner contains Microwave, kettle, toaster and mini fridge perfect to prepare breakfast, picnic and ready meal... The patio has a couple of seating area and a outside shower ideal after a day at the beach. Tea and coffee are complementary.
