Gylly beach is a 10 mins walk away and there are waterside cafes, pubs and restaurants on your doorstep ...or relax in your own private courtyard garden.

The beautiful main beach (Gylly) is 10-15 minutes walk. Falmouth Town railway station is just a 5 minute walk too.

It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings. Gorgeous airy Georgian apartment in a Grade II listed mansion overlooking the harbour in the heart of beautiful Falmouth. Everything is within easy walking distance, so you won't need your car: Events Square and hundreds of great restaurants and shops are all minutes away! One small note, there is a beer garden nearby, it's rare, but there can be noise. Normally only an issue if you're trying to sleep with the windows open.
