A beautiful captains cottage, of granite stone built, 1820 ideal for 2 adults 2 teenagers, a self contained flat, free street parking, private entrance, kitchenette, wood stove fire (free wood provided), beautiful original flagstone flooring, exposed ceiling beams and a stunning walk in shower. As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. Spacious, comfortable two bed apartment occupying a commanding position, with perhaps some of the best views of the town, harbour and across the bay to Godrevy, yet, in a few steps you will find yourself in the bustling streets of St. Ives, a few steps more & there are four golden sandy beaches, one with the coveted blue flag award. Main bedroom has recently been refurbished and now has a superking zip & link bed that can be split into 2 singles on request. A small parking space is available.

This is a beautiful one bed flat at the top of St. Ives with its own parking space (suitable for cars no vans) You can walk into the town centre within 15 min and the walk to the beach within 20 min (1 mile to town centre). Beautiful coastal walks across the road out to Hellesveor point which can lead out to Zennor or into St. Ives. Our home is situated on a private road with only a handful of neighbours.This property is at the top of St.Ives valley. It is 1 mile to the town centre.
