Condo vacation rentals in Carbis Bay

Well, what can I say.....from start to finish the stay in this beautiful apartment has been wonderful. Faye communicated extremely well from the start and when we arrived at the apartment (very clear directions), we knew we had chosen a good place. Champagne, chocolates and scones and cream were awaiting us, plus a lovely welcome card...all very nice and appreciated. The welcome manual was first class, just like the apartment. The apartment was extremely well equipped and high quality fixtures and fittings. The area is beautiful and outlook from the property is stunning. We will be definitely be booking again, and hopefully will spend a full week, rather than a long weekend as it was just not long enough to appreciate everything. Many thanks to Faye and Andy and we look forward to staying again

My wife, toddler and I stayed at Dawn's place along with my brother, his wife and their toddler. Host: Dawn was super communicative, responsive and helpful. She had plenty of very useful recs for activities, eateries and even how we should schedule .g. grocery deliveries for our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Space: The flat was wonderful - incredible views, very clean, much larger than I would have imagined for an ocean-front place, and great fixtures / furnishings and available towels / blankets / kitchenware / beach toys. Neighborhood: As described in the listing, the tram to St. Ive's is just next-door and the bus stop is a 5-10 min walk away - but you may decide not to go anywhere because the beautiful beach is just down the hill. There are delicious local restaurants and a large Tesco grocery store nearby so things were very convenient. Altogether super relaxing stay, would highly recommend and we plan to return!

We received very clear instructions on how to find the property, along with supporting photos. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The property had everything we required and was immaculate. Perfect location to walk to both of the main beaches within 15 mins. We had a car but did not need to use it during our stay The view is from the kitchen and living room is absolutely amazing. Will definitely be returning.

A lovely place in a peaceful setting. Cosy interior with beautiful furnishings and kitchen with excellent utilities. Access to the lovely gardens of Was great for dog walking. Really could not fault it .

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Karen’s. She was so friendly and helpful and we felt right at home. Her place is spotless with tons of natural sunlight and exquisite views. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen large and well stocked and there was plenty of space for the three of us to spend several days together without getting in each other’s way. The location also was excellent with the beach a close walk and the shops nearby as well. However, being a street above the high street made it very quiet and tranquil. Truly the best of both worlds. St Ives is the perfect Cornish town, a polished gem with 3 great beaches, excellent food options and really friendly, kind people. Karen is the perfect example of just that, and we will savor our memories for a long time.

Trevista Studio was perfect for our long weekend in Carbis Bay. Small but perfectly formed, we had everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Christine & Paul went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, adding many thoughtful touches to the space that have elevated the experience into something special. With beautiful sea views, the studio is just a short walk from Carbis Bay beach, as well as along the Coastal Path to St Ives and Porthkidney beach, and on the bus route further afield. The space was spotlessly clean, with a cosy bedroom and lounge. We loved sitting in the garden with a cup of tea on the sunnier mornings, watching the waves and taking in the breeze. A short walk took us to a fab tapas restaurant, a delicious deli cafe, and a fish and chip spot. We feel very fortunate to have found Christine's place. It is undoubtedly a hidden gem in Carbis Bay, and we very much hope to return in the future.

Marita is a very friendly, approachable and considerate host. We stayed with our little boy (18 months) and Marita went out of her way to ensure we had the necessities for him as he was the first baby to stay here! The apartment is lovely, the stairs are a little steep inside, but we managed to get our toddler up and down! The views are brilliant and the beach is only a short walk away. We really enjoyed morning walks to the beach and taking our dogs there. The sunsets are beautiful and sitting on the balcony in the sun each evening was absolute bliss. We loved staying here and have fallen in love with Porthtowan! Thank you for being such a wonderful host, Marita! X

The flat is compact but super clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—very central and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the seafront, and public transport. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Penzance!

This was such a lovely space. We had a wedding at Lands End and it was a perfect location for that and exploring sennen cove. Good food in area too. Karen was so communicative and gave great directions so the place was easy to find. Very relaxed space in a quiet area, with lots of books and games around for downtime. Everything was walkable, Beach, Pub, Food and Shop.

Our second stay at Julia’s, apartment is fab, really enjoyable, perfect location, beach is so close with lots of bars and restaurants accessible on foot. Loved it, looking forward to our return. 😎

This is a small apartment and it is perfect for 2 adults. The location of the apartment is excellent for walks along the South west coast path. There is a nice little fish and chip shop and a pub, in the village, that both serve good food. I am a Coeliac on a Gluten Free diet and I had no problem eating at both establishments. The location of this Airbnb is definitely worth the money.

Exceeded expectations, perfect location, immaculate accommodation, and Penny is indeed a "superhost" - warm, welcoming and helpful. And the cream tea was a very thoughtful and much appreciated bonus! No negatives at all.

We had a lovely stay at Jo and Stuart’s place. The apartment was pristine, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Everything was of a very high quality. We met Jo and Stuart as we headed out each day, tending their lovely garden. Both were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was ideally located, close to the town centre and within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We’d definitely recommend staying there.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was perfect for us - a family of 4 with 2 teens. There is so much to do on the estate - the pool and leisure area were great for rainy days. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach and enjoy the cafe as well as being able to hire SUPs and wetsuits. Melanie was a great host and was really flexible in letting us change our arrival day (twice!) as well as enabling an early check in. There's loads to do in the area. Highly recommended!

Fantastic apartment with everything you need and amazing views of Newquay and the sea. The location was so central to the town centre, restaurants and the beach. a little gem.

My family of four recently stayed at Pamela’s place in Portreath and we had a blissful week in paradise! Everything about the week was great - Pamela and her family are so lovely and friendly and it truly felt like a home away from home. I booked this place especially for the amenities of the pool and hot tub and my kids (11 and 8) loved it! It was so nice to have an uncrowded swimming pool to relax at! The apartment was clean and cozy and was a great base for our week of adventures. It was nice to be able to walk 5 minutes for a morning pastry and coffee from the local bakery. It is clear from its immaculate and beautiful nature that Bassett Acre is a source of pride for Pamela and her family and they were perhaps the most gracious and friendly hosts of any place my family has stayed. We are already planning another stay next summer!

The flat was spotless clean and very well decorated. Perfect location for a walk into town and also a stroll to Gylly beach. The view from the window was a delight when opening the curtains in the morning. one thing to note is the flat is a top floor and there is no lift. we never used the Falmouth hotel for swimming or gym but we did find that the bar was a perfect place for a drink on the way out\way back. Would love to stay here again. Never had to contact Nicola during the stay due to no issue's, however we did receive regular updates from Nicola. perfect holiday thanks you Nicola.

we had a great stay at Kevin's apartment. being close to the town centre with its own parking was a bonus. The apartment was very nice, clean and modern and Kevin was easy to deal with. easy walking distance to both the town and the beach. I would definitely recommend it. Dave

Just want to say a massive thankyou again! We had a lovely time staying at Blue View and the flat had everything we needed. It was very clean, well equipped & the views are to die for!! The pool was heated so I was able to take my 4 month old son in there who loved it! Kirsten & Ben are very friendly and even had the flat ready for us a couple of hours before the usual check in time :D we will definitely be back next year! X
