Absolutely stunning sea view! The house was spotless, spacious, and felt really cosy. Clear instructions made check-in easy, and the location is just breathtaking. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a lovely time at Lucy’s, we were so fortunate to experience the gorgeous manor and its grounds! Everything was in pristine condition and comfortable. The coach house had everything needed and Lucy was a great help to make our time extra special. This is the perfect place for a romantic and special experience for those who appreciate historical properties and beautiful gardens. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to book the manor!

We had a lovely time at Sarah's place. It's as the photos suggest and is in a very peaceful surrounding. The barn is next to Sarah's family home, but the way it is oriented means you get plenty of privacy. Thank you for letting us in to your home. We all had a lovely quality time with friends.

Beautiful home! Absolutely loved staying here. The grounds were so gorgeous and the property was 5 star hotel standard. It’s not often that you stay somewhere that the beds are comfier than your own and these were. They had thought of every little detail. Couldn’t recommend more.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

Excellent family home in a quiet village near Dover. A great place to explore and good homebase for exploration. Claire's place was just as advertised and worked out very well for my family. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

Our daughter was very recently diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy. Due to her medication, we were unable to fly, which meant that we had to cancel our planned family trip abroad for her 1st birthday. We found Alex and Lucie’s listing and it seemed almost too good to be true! Somewhere that we could keep our youngest shielded, whilst also giving us a place to give our eldest a real feel of a holiday. The cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept. Everything about it is perfect. Alex and Lucie added additional personal touches, like a hooded towel for the little one and additional pool checks to ensure that she was kept safe, which we appreciated immensely. I’m not sure if it was me or our eldest that had most fun in the pool and the pool toys got plenty of use! We said within a few hours of arriving that we would love to return and we look forward to doing so in the future. Thank you so much for helping us to give our little ones (and us) exactly what was needed!

My husband and his friends stayed at Charlotte Emma's place for an active weekend away. I (did all the booking) found Emma very informative and friendly - great communication. The group had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, grounds beautiful and pool a very welcome luxury on an extremely hot weekend. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and beds were comfortable. The group consensus was they would love to stay again!

Me and my Girlfriend Gabbi had the most perfect time at the farm cottage. It was so peaceful spending nights under the stars in the log burner hot tub and the private outdoor sauna by the river, even better than the photos!! Everything felt very private and by the end it felt like our own little cottage, we did not want to leave. I cannot recommend this enough it was just wonderful, the absolute perfect little getaway for a couple. Thanks so much Paul, we truly loved it.

Having grown up in the area, Kennel Farm is the place we choose to come back for our family holiday every year. We love the house and surroundings. Excellent location and Tanya is a perfect host. Highly recommend.

Wow! What more can I say! This was such a delightful place and an absolute gem to find. Loved the decor, everything was so tastefully decorated and was absolutely right up our street; the cute private garden was one of our favourite spots. There's nothing negative to say, we wouldn't change a thing. Thank you Laura for hosting us, we would definitely stay here again and hopefully for a bit longer as it's such a good base for exploring whatever your taste might be. We were doing a nature trip this time round but hopefully next time we will get to see more of the fantastic coasts. ❤️

Perfect location. 10/10. I did not want to leave. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, unbelievable views, superb location, easy access to logs for fire with which my husband was delighted. 100% would return... tomorrow if it was possible! Our dog (border terrier) had a fantastic time too and was very interested in the wee hedgehog who appeared to be living in the bushes outside and the free range chickens!! There was also a free range doggo popping round to the garden in the evening. Vigilance/ Lead/ supervision was a must for our super inquisitive pup.

I booked this stay for my mum and partner who were over the moon with their time spent here. They came back and told me they thought it was such a beautiful accommodation, with stunning surroundings. Perfect for find a little respite, peace and quiet. They were delighted with how much was provided at the accommodation, Sarah had thought of everything. They felt incredibly welcome and throughly enjoyed their stay, they’d definitely return! Thank you Sarah for providing such a lovely home for their stay!

This beautiful house is a true artist’s retreat! We spent our time writing in its quiet, serene setting—the view is peaceful and gorgeous, and when we were ready for breaks, we set out on the local footpaths to explore the countryside. The house is state of the art, very well designed and built with attention to detail, and had everything we needed, including what is now my favorite luxurious bathtub in the entire world. Kate communicated quickly and was very responsive, a perfect host. The house was spotless when we arrived. At the end of the day, two pubs are only steps away. We very much look forward to returning!

What an incredible 5 days, the balcony studio truly delivered. Breathtaking views over the harbour and surrounding areas topped off with luxury accommodation. The place was spotlessly cleaned and brilliantly maintained. Coffee tea and milk ready for arrival companies by welcome bubbly. We absolutely loved Deborah's place felt right at home when we walked in. There is everything you need from day one. The local area is lovely for walks and the beach is across the road. Even when it was wet and windy it was a pleasure to sit upstairs and watch the sea. You are easy reach into Snowdonia by car?, Zip world( definitely have a go) and even easier for a trip to Caernarfon. Deborah's recommendations for eating out are spot on especially the BRAF cafe next door, lovely home made breakfast with plenty of choice and amount. Looking forward to coming back. I’ll stay with luke was more than we could’ve asked for. The space was beautiful and the location was perfect, and we had the most stunning sunset. The property was clean and tidy and plenty of space for all of our Crew. communication with Luke was perfect and was there whenever we needed anything. would stay here again.

Richard's place has a lovely blend of feeling like you're in the middle of nowhere yet being only a 15 drive into thriving Buxton. It was warm, comfortable and a great size for a family get-together, with some amazing walks literally on your doorstep. We can all genuinely say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A beautiful apartment with genuinely stunning views from the balcony and living room. The amenities are excellent, and the hosts fab!

We had a fantastic stay at Beech House. It is one of the most beautiful houses I have ever stayed in, and is in beautiful surroundings. Would highly recommend!
