There is a short walk across grass (please bring suitable footwear) from your car & many beautiful walks and footpaths on the doorstep. We have seen otters, deer, fish jumping, squirrels and other wildlife from your balcony. There is a comfortable double bed, small kitchenette, toasty shower room, gas central heating & gas fire. Corner Cottage - Right on the WaterA charming self catering sea-side cottage full of character. Let from Friday to Friday Forming part of a terrace of very old fisherman’s cottages. Corner Cottage is built right into the rocks on the north side of Portmellon Cove. Its situation, with commanding views overlooking the sea, is quite magical and second to none. At high tide dive from the rocks in front of the cottage and swim in deep water. At low tide it’s a simple climb down the rocks to the sandy beach and rock pools below.
The NookBuilt brand new for 2019, The Nook is a cosy self contained 1 bedroom chalet just 50 yards from the cliff tops. It’s a stones throw from Porth beach and the entrance to the legendary Porth Island, where locals and tourist gather with their cameras to capture that perfect sunset. This location really is as good as it gets ❤️😊 Guests can also borrow the Kayak’s for an evening paddle round the island. The Nook is set into the rising hillside giving it the cosy and private feel its name suggests.
