Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

Faz ensured that we had the solid DNA of an itinerary before we arrived. Excellent recommendations and he clearly knows St Ives well. The location is superb and the place is cosy and clean. The only challenges I faced were in regards to finding the correct lock box, which Faz addressed immediately and I was also unable to find the car parking, which was down to me and not trying hard enough if I’m being honest. To Faz’s credit, he went above and beyond helping me to get settled and even sent me £10 to have a couple of beers after a stressful arrival,which was an Air BnB first for me and really says all you need to know about the host. Would stay again and would recommend. Thank you

A lovely quiet place to stay in Cornwall that was still within short driving distance to plenty of options. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable and easy stay. The hosts were welcoming. Would recommend!

Great apartment, very clean and spacious. Everything you need is there and it’s really close to the town centre and all of the beaches. This is the second time we have stayed and we will hopefully return in 2023.

Great place to stay. The welcome from the reception team was very warm and friendly. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and was cosy and comfortable. It was a chilly day when we arrived and it was so nice to walk into a warm room! Everything was clean and fresh, the view across the lake was lovely and it was quiet and peaceful. Check out was very straightforward and quick. I would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was so stylish spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and clean and the extras like prosecco and milk in the fridge were a welcoming touch. I also enjoyed the complimentary use of the hotel pool which was only a short stroll away. I look forward to a return visit next time I'm in Falmouth.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need and amazing views of Newquay and the sea. The location was so central to the town centre, restaurants and the beach. a little gem.

The flat was spotless clean and very well decorated. Perfect location for a walk into town and also a stroll to Gylly beach. The view from the window was a delight when opening the curtains in the morning. one thing to note is the flat is a top floor and there is no lift. we never used the Falmouth hotel for swimming or gym but we did find that the bar was a perfect place for a drink on the way out\way back. Would love to stay here again. Never had to contact Nicola during the stay due to no issue's, however we did receive regular updates from Nicola. perfect holiday thanks you Nicola.

We visited Liz and Dave's beautiful apartment for my 40th birthday and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. Inside, the space was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. The views were absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed several mornings and afternoons on the lovely balcony. The location was amazing, very close to the train station and a bus stop and very easily walkable to pretty much anything you'd want to do in town. There is also a path across the street that takes you down to a stunning beach. Liz and Dave were responsive and just totally lovely, and made us feel welcome and special for our special occasion. I just cannot recommend the space highly enough! Thank you Liz and Dave!! (and Tara and Claire!)

Absolutely sparklingly clean and all mod cons. Perfect for our family of three and so close to the Falmouth Hotel where our Family celebration was being held, in fact there was a connecting bridge between the Hotel and the apartments. Could not have been better. Thank you Kevin.

We had a lovely few days over Xmas and new year the apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed with a teenager toddler and dog . The location was fab and close to the town and beaches and my teenager and I loved popping down for a swim and gym every evening !

As a family of three the apartment was ideal for us. The apartment was spacious, included the essentials, plus the view overlooking Newquay and the surrounding area was stunning! Added bonus to have parking included as we rarely used the car due to the location of the apartment making it easier for us to walk more. The gym and pool looked fantastic but on this occasion we didn’t have the time to use them. I’d highly recommend the apartment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Apartment was easy to find, and is a short walk into the town centre and the beach. Allocated carparking was handy, and the allocated time slots to book the use of the pool meant we had exclusive use, which was really great. Gym facilities are basic, but a nice to have! Overall, really great stay.

I had such a lovely stay at Jodie’s cottage in Truro! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed - a real home away from home. It’s in a great spot too, just a short walk to the town and lots of local cafes and restaurants, which made exploring super easy. Jodie was a fantastic host - really friendly, quick to respond, and full of great local tips that made my trip even better. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re heading to Truro ☺️✨

Eastholme is a beautiful, modern property, set back from the road and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Ideally located for the beach, Eastholme is a fantastic base from which to explore Trevone. The interior of the property was modern but felt like a home from home

Melanie’s place is amazing. Very spacious with everything you will need. A home from home with a wonderful garden, don’t miss the Rheas in their large garden!! We stayed here from the 14-21st September. The accommodation was perfect, very spacious, and beautifully maintained. The resort itself is beautiful and tranquil, we would 100000% visit again! This is a pet friendly lodge so upon arrival do not expect the accommodation to be perfectly clean, we found it clean but not clean to a high standard and there were a few issues with cleanliness but with a quick 10 min clean with the other guests I was staying with it was fine! - I’d definitely return

A beautiful house in a perfect setting. Kelp was stunning and had everything we needed for a great break. The location is perfect, it’s a short walk to the coastal path, Polzeath and Flo’s for great coffee and pastries! Everything was of a very high standard - we would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay here, it was perfect for ourselves and our children (aged 14, 10, 9, 9) with loads to do. We walked into St Ives from the apartment through the Castle grounds which only took about 10mins and was gorgeous. We also had a rainy day and used the spa membership (paid extra for our children to swim during the kids hours, but was absolutely worth it!). The apartment is lovely and had everything we could need. Was also so clean and welcoming. I’d highly recommend staying here with family as the location is ideal for exploring Cornwall and communication with the host was so friendly, efficient and helpful.

The lodge is beautiful, has all the amenities needed. It was spacious, clean and well maintained. Amy kept in touch and answered any questions I had. The area is lovely, with lots to do in the surrounding towns. I would definately recommend and plan on going back soon.

One of the best places we’ve stayed. The house was brilliantly equipped and beautifully put together. The site has loads to stuff to entertain kids and great dog walks. The hosts, Anthony and Alison, were very kind and responsive, even over Christmas. We highly recommend this property and we would love to return in the summer.
