Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Brighton and Hove

Mo’s place was really lovely. We felt at home immediately. The decor was stylish & tasteful, exactly as the photos showed, and had everything that was needed for an amazing stay. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the centre of Brighton, the fab restaurants of Hove & a few minutes to the sea front, it could not have been in a better location. No need to use a car at all. We would highly recommend Mo’s home for the perfect stay & would love to return again.

Tamsin was great and responded very promptly. A lovely welcome basket was appreciated after a long flight as well as an early check in. The house was perfectly located between town and my family so we could get everywhere without a car as parking is not easy in Brighton.

This was a truly perfect stay. The house is even better in real life. Bright, tastefully decorated, comfortable, with everything you could need. The bath is huge! And all a stones throw from the beach. Fiona was really a great host and made our stay not only easy, but sprinkled some wonderful finishing touches to make our girls weekend extra special. Highly recommend.

Lovely place. Nice decor. Not too far from centre. We managed to find free parking overnight about 5 min walk down the road. The host was v quick to respond to any queries. She also messaged to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything, which was really nice of her. Would highly recommend this place

This is a great little spot in the centre of Brighton. Everything is walkable and it’s about a 30 second walk to the seafront and restaurants. It’s a really great spot and excellent value for money, the accommodation was clean and really spacious too! Check in was super easy, and the accommodation sits above a really great and atmospheric) bar (which I’d highly recommend!). Silvija our host was super responsive and really proactive too. We had a great stay. Would definitely stay again! Thank you! ☺️

Great location for Brighton centre with beautiful views of the beach and pier. Flat was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The host kindly arranged an earlier check in which enabled us to properly start our break earlier. Communication was easy with clear instructions

Exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, homely and a great location. Very quiet. A short walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. Jayne was an excellent host who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and settled. The breakfast basket was a lovely and very appreciated touch. It was an absolute bonus having our own parking space. What a great stay. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful two night stay at this property. Sonia was very helpful and sent clear instructions for self check in. There are stairs to the apartment, but worth every step. When you enter you find a beautifully decorated apartment with view of the beach and pier. The rooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. A real home away from home - I hope we can return one day!

This was the perfect location for experiencing all the best parts of Brighton. Very walkable from the station, close to the beach and the Pier and with tons of restaurants and shops within an easy walk.

Beth's place is perfect for a break in Brighton and Hove. Literally a bus stop right outside and the station only 5 minutes away. Church Road in Hove is right on the doorstep and everything you need for a great holiday is there, Brighton centre is only 10 minutes away but I much prefer Hove. The flat itself is clean and beautifully decorated with everything you need, lovely kitchen, living room with TV and a bedroom with plenty of hangar space. I would definitely stop again and would highly recommend it.

Had a lovely stay at Alan’s, was easy to find and was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend, would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The apartment was beautiful, spotless inside and very comfortable. Kasia was super communicative and responsive. We loved the area as well - didn’t take long to walk into central Brighton!

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Bloomsbury place. We felt it was in a great location, and was just the right size for the 3 of us (2 adults and a small dog). The place was pristine and the welcome goodies made us feel right at home. We had never been to Brighton before and feel like we’d love to come again every chance we get. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. X
