Enjoy an amazing stay in our gorgeous, centrally-located, first floor, balcony flat, set in a converted Regency building in Brighton's trendy Kemptown. Light floods in through 3 full length windows, which look out to sea. The flat has an accessible balcony; is full of original features: high ceilings with decorative plasterwork, fireplace & the original wooden shutters; as well as GCH, open plan, well equipped, kitchen, smart TV, newly fitted walk-in shower (no bath) & a cosy double bedroom.

A lounge area features an arched passageway made of exposed brick, with greenery adorning the walls. A colorful chair is positioned to the side, and a selection of art pieces decorates the walls, contributing to a comfortable and inviting environment.
