Vacation rentals with beach access in Brighton and Hove

A fantastic flat in the heart of Hove, with easy access to the station and bus stop right outside. Easy car parking available at Hove station, just 2 minutes from the flat. The flat was clean, and had all the amenities including a high chair and travel cot for our 12 month old daughter. The two bedrooms were perfect for us, as it meant she could have her own room to sleep in. The kitchen dining room was a great space for us all to relax and a nice floor space for our very active crawling baby! Overall we would highly recommend for a small family (2 adults and a baby) as it suited us fabulously for a short holiday by the sea!

This was perfect for us and our dog. A cosy little home with everything we needed including private parking which is precious. Near to all amenities in Hove. The hosts were very tentative, responding to everything quickly and were very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay, the flat was really comfortable and convenient with great links to the city, Simon was great with communicating with us and I would really recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. 10/10 thank you Simon

Firstly, June was a good egg! Lovely lady and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always there if we had any questions or needed anything. The flat was literally perfect for a couple of nights away. Clean, everything was new. The whole place was comfortable, bright and airy with an amazing little roof terrace to sit out on and have a morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Loads of lovely little bars, cafes, shops, etc. within a stones throw and the beach is across the road. Its our first time in Brighton for 15 years or more and we were blown away by how nice the place is. Great shops, bars were all heaving, amazing vibe, great crowd. Honestly, the whole weekend was just what the Doctor ordered and we will be back. P.s, the bed was so comfy too!!!

Great location for Brighton centre with beautiful views of the beach and pier. Flat was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The host kindly arranged an earlier check in which enabled us to properly start our break earlier. Communication was easy with clear instructions

Paul's place was excellent. It's really big with gorgeous decor and there was so much space for all five of us. It was in an amazing location right by the sea. 5-10 minute walk to the water. We went there frequently. Lovely park just outside the house where we sat having coffee every morning. Nice restaurants nearby but still a quiet and chill area. Paul was excellent to deal with. Very responsive and flexible. We would definitely come back!

Very nice little spot. 2 min walk to Southwick train station with frequent trains into Brighton. Hosts gave a lovely warm welcome with lots of useful information. Recommend and would stay again.

Lovely, clean and well equipped house in perfect location in Brighton close to all the restaurants and shops. Communication with Joe was great and really appreciated the possibility to check in early to drop off our bags as we were traveling from all directions. Great stay and would recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Allan's place. The location is in a quiet pristine neighborhood. Short 1/2-mile downhill walk to seaside, restaurants, and train station. The pictures on the listing site are great, and the place is actually much better than the pictures show. We will definitely try to book this place the next time we are in Brighton. Thanks for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marks place. The property was clean and tidy and other than a clothes horse we had everything needed to be a home from home. Location was central in a busy part of town iwhich suited us.

The CUTEST cottage! We had a wonderful stay. Close to everything and lots to do! Abigail was very quick to respond to us! Totally recommend!

This was our second stay in this beautiful little house, close to the beach and to the shops and vibrant city life. The house is extremely well equipped, tastefully decorated and perfectly clean, and Greg is charming and very responsive. We came for Brighton's fringe festival and enjoyed the shows and the sunshine. Thank you for this perfect holiday!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The views out over Brighton/Hove and the sea from the lounge, bedroom and kitchen are just stunning. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Clear and detailed instructions for how to access the apartment and loads of recommendations for places to visit, eat and drink. Fantastic communication right from booking and James even messaged on our first morning to check everything was OK. Brilliant from start to finish. Thank you!

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Bloomsbury place. We felt it was in a great location, and was just the right size for the 3 of us (2 adults and a small dog). The place was pristine and the welcome goodies made us feel right at home. We had never been to Brighton before and feel like we’d love to come again every chance we get. Such a beautiful view waking up the sea each day. The location was brilliant close to the beach, and awesome cafes. Katie was so sweet, and such an amazing host. Would definitely stay here again 🤍

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment was lovely and as described. Location was perfect, on the seafront and facing the i360. It had everything we needed. It was very clean (we’re not the type of people who go looking for dust as nowhere is spotless!!) Bed settee could maybe do with a mattress topper but it was ok for a couple of nights, the king bed and single bed were very comfortable and a very high standard of bed linen. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and surprisingly spacious for two people. The large living room with a comfortable sofa and TV made it easy to relax. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There are quite a few stairs—steps up to the front door, the flat is on the first floor, and there are steep steps down to the bathroom. These were manageable for us, but something to consider if you have any mobility issues. Although slightly set back from the seafront, it’s only a five-minute walk to the beach. It’s also within easy walking distance of several lovely restaurants and eateries. Overall, a lovely place to stay!
