We had a lovely stay over the bank holiday weekend, we all throughly enjoyed ourselves. Khasan was very hospitable and was willing to assist and help where needed. Highly recommended, clean, spacious, and close to beach, shops etc. Home is in a very scenic area and quiet.
A heated hot tub is positioned in a tranquil garden setting, surrounded by trees and fencing. Sunlight filters through the foliage, creating a warm glow over the bubbling water. A distant garden shed is visible, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

We liked it so much we ended up Staying for 8 weeks. Great location, close to everything but still private and quiet when needed.
A spacious open-plan kitchen-diner features a kitchen island with seating and a bar area. Large bi-fold doors provide access to the sunny garden, which is furnished with outdoor seating and greenery. Natural light streams in through the skylight, enhancing the vibrant atmosphere.

First experience of airbnb and what an amazing one. Eric and Anna from booking were prompt to respond to any queries and gave us advise on the local area and things to do. The house is just a short walk from the local beach and an excellent location. On walking Inside it was immaculate. Also so beautifully decorated with all the things you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Helpful notes were left on cool tags to tell us what was what so it was easy and simple to find things and know how to use them. My husband and I went with our girls for a week and it really was like home from home. I would highly recommend staying here and even considering going back next summer ourselves. Lucy - Wimbledon

Great space - all the rooms were much larger than I had imagined from the pictures Lovely views and all the kitchen amenities you could imagine

Really lovely property which is exactly what is advertised by Liz! Liz was fantastic too, made check in really easy and communicated everything very well. Would definitely recommend this property!

My wife and I stayed four nights at Oak Tree Retreat In June. It is a lovely place. It is obvious that a lot of work and care has gone into making this a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Our hosts, Alexia & James, were very friendly and helpful. The gifts of bread, biscuits, hot chocolate and marshmallows on arrival were a generous touch and much appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The cabin had all we needed for our stay during which we mainly self-catered. The cooking arrangements were great. The absolute highlight was the hot tub which we enjoyed for three of our four nights! There is lovely walking country within a five minute drive from the Cabin. Local shops and food outlets are close by. I would certainly recommend Oak Tree Retreat to anyone.

Vicy's place was lovely. It had everything we could need. You can tell, alot of thought had gone into the cabin to help guests to feel at home. Everything worked and was clean. There was fresh milk, a bottle of water & even wine in the (nicely sized) refrigerator. Snacks had been left for us, fresh eggs and the coffee machine had been filled. The view from the deck is just stunning and there are some lovely routes to walk through, lush green surroundings in every direction. Thankyou all at Turtle farm for our lovely stay. We would definitely enjoy a return visit in the future!

Absolutely amazing stay in the cabin and can't wait to go again. It was the perfect place to slow down - so secluded in such beautiful and peaceful surroundings, and there's a sauna on the farm, which was a surprise added bonus! We had lovely lunch at Duke of Cumberland Arms which Edd and Mea recommended. All in all a fantastic place and wonderful hosts. Thank you!

Beautiful cabin - cosy, peaceful and secluded. Loved the outdoor space with eating area, hot tub and fire pit. Mandy was brilliant - very responsive and friendly, and had great recommendations for the area. Alfriston within walking distance, gorgeous village with excellent pubs and shops. Would highly recommend!
