Peaceful artist’s retreat in the heart of Brighton

Welcome to our lovely Brighton house; a peaceful gem just a pebble’s throw (3 minutes walk) from the city centre or the lanes. The beach is about 10 minutes walk. The location is also perfect for Brighton station which is a 4 minute walk away. There are 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, modern kitchen, and living room. The rear patio is a perfect sun trap in the afternoons and there is a small WC room. The house also benefits from a lockable garage (very narrow so not suitable for bigger cars)

A modern studio is equipped with a spacious bed dressed in soft green bedding. A small dining table and chairs are positioned near large glass doors that open to a private balcony, allowing natural light to fill the room.
