Fabulous 1 double bed studio, 5 min from the sea.

Away from the hustle and noise of central Brighton, the Studio is only 20 mins to town and 5 mins walk to Hove Lagoon. With your own entrance, the Studio has recently been furnished with double bed, TV with Freeview, Netflix etc and great Wi-fi, as well as a sofa futon for that extra bed if needed and a lovely shower in the bathroom. The kitchenette has fridge + icebox, microwave, kettle, 2-ring induction hob with use of a BBQ. Everything for your perfect weekend get away in Brighton and Hove!

We would love to host you in our bright, brand new modern annex building at the foot of the South Downs Way and 20 minutes by public transport to the colourful City of Brighton and it's famous beach and pier. You will have exclusive access to this extension to our home, with your own kitchen, bathroom and access to fast wifi. We are very happy to advise on where to go, eat etc, or leave you in total peace if you prefer. Our labrador is extremely greedy and very nosey, hope you like dogs!!
