We had a blissful time at the granary and would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a beautiful building but the grounds of Coes Farm and the added bonus of having a pool (which if you are lucky is essentially a private pool all to yourself as it was always empty when we went in) make it an amazing place to unwind and rest. The property had everything we needed, including some little ducks who came to the back door to welcome us! We would also recommend a trip to Canterbury while you are here, it is a beautiful place to visit.

This lovely cottage has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard and is the perfect place for a family stay. It has everything we needed, including high chair, stair gates etc which saved so much stress, and the deck and garden areas provide really lovely outdoor play space. Louise was easy to contact and very welcoming. We will definitely come back again soon!

We had a wonderful week at Easter at Cooden Cottage. Ella was amazing and even helped us find a lost dog! The house is spotless, and beyond our expectations. The flow of the downstairs through to an amazing kitchen, conservatory and completely fenced garden was perfect for us and our two large dogs and we had several family get togethers in the garden, surrounded by greenery. The beds, bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent with plenty is space. We met Ella twice and it is clear that she is passionate about giving her guests a really special experience, from thoughtful touches to all rooms to a lovely welcome pack. While there, she wants her guests to feel that it is space and she completely achieved that. We felt at home and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Perfect place for 4 friends to relax and have a great time. Pub at the end of the road was fab. Great staff and great food! Brighton just half an hour on the train.

A lovely modern cottage, exactly as described and photographed. It was well kitted out and essentials were provided. The bed was super comfortable but just a gentle note that if you have any mobility issues the apex of the roof means that you cannot stand up straight around the bed and the bed is low but this was not a problem on our stay. Helena and Philip were both really friendly and helpful. My personal favourite touch was when Philip invited me to pick some roses from the cottage garden to take inside. The hot tub was a real treat but please be mindful that you are in someone’s back garden so not completely secluded if they are enjoying their own space. Highly recommend, we would definitely go back.

A wonderful stay at the piggery. really clear guidance and instructions fron the host Clare and lots of lovely optional extras available. check in was easy and flexible. The home was lovely and clean and beautifully simple in decor. A really relaxing atmosphere. the outdoor space was calming and secluded. You felt like you were in your own little piece of heaven. Two lovely runner ducks on site who popped by every morning and evening to say hello. A really quick response from Clare when we became short of wood and it was delivered less than 20 minutes later. Lots of lovely homely touches and all the appliances, cutlery and niceties you could need. I booked for a suprise weekend away for my partners 50th and he absolutely loved it. A truly relaxing getaway. There is lots to do in the area including walks, gardens and pubs but we enjoyed the site so much we just stayed in!

Our stay was perfect. Dan and Jenna are kind, welcoming and considerate hosts and made us feel very at ease on their fabulous property. The accommodation is in a wonderful setting and whilst linked to their home it has its own door and garden which gave us space, privacy and freedom to come and go as we pleased. The place is spotless and really comfortable, particularly the beds! Lots of hot water, great showers, quality kitchen appliances and great outdoor space. It takes about half an hour to walk to the sea front at Felpham which we really loved, but if walking is not your thing then you would need to drive. We really loved Dan and Jenna’s place and if we return to this part of Sussex then we will definitely book again.

Clair's cottage is lovely - beautifully furnished and lots of sweet touches- and is in a great location right by the beachfront! Clair was a great host, very communicative and kind!

The cottage exceeded our expectations: it's a bright and airy modern living space while warm and cosy with tons of old-world charm. The house is perfectly peaceful and quiet with a nice wee garden situated beside a lovely walking route / bridle path, so we felt nicely secluded from the world (although neighbours were very friendly when we came across them). Our hosts were very helpful and responsive (thanks, Liz!) and the welcome pack was second to none - arriving to find the makings of a cream tea set out on the table was a rare treat. Lewes is a 10-min drive and the cottage was a great base for exploring East Sussex and a little of Kent. We'd highly recommend Church Cottage and hope to stay there again some day.

Our stay was everything we could have wished for, for the very special occasion for which we needed the accommodation - to be present for the birth of our first grandchild! The property was just as described and Jane (and Guy) could not have been more hospitable.

We loved our stay here! One of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve visited. Anya was super helpful and included lots of tiny details that made the stay extra smooth, particularly as we were visiting with our 5 month old. Thanks for having us and we’d love to come stay again.

A fantastic weekend away with my parents celebrating my dad’s 90th birthday. A perfect cottage on one level beautifully presented and great for self catering with a lovely dining space and open plan kitchen. Charlie was very responsive to my messages and even left a card and gift for my dad’s birthday.

Wonderful few days stay. Pub next door served lovely food. Very easy bus onto Lewes and further afield. Could have a lovely walk with the dog straight from the door. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Joy

Fabulous house, excellent communication. It can be noisy but nothing that the ear plugs kindly provided didn’t solve, would recommend!

A wonderful, wonderful place!! Not extremely crowded over the Easter break. Excellent butcher we were able to walk to., and a very friendly person. Close to the beach!

Great location and set up. Easy check in and out. The house was very comfortable for our group of 5 adults. We were out and about town for most of the time so didn't cook or even turn on the TV. Fun place to hang about chatting over a beer and excellent as a hub for seeing Brighton.

What an experience! Tamara was very responsive and made us feel at home. The house is charming, and the views of the Downs are breathtaking. This is an amazing area. This is a real Sussex countryside experience!

my friends and i had a long term stay at Michelle and Chris' place and they have been really great hosts who were always responsive throughout our time there! 👍 they gave us a warm welcome to the house and showed us the supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants around the neighbourhood. everytime we faced a slight inconvenience, they were quick to help and rectify the problem efficiently. the house was exactly as shown in the pictures, a cozy place for 7, with a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and other amenities including an arcade and karaoke machine! the beds were comfortable and toilets were clean. location wise, the house was very conveniently located just across the road from southwick train station that can bring you to brighton, gatwick airport and even london victoria! the house is also a perfect spot for watching sunsets in the comfort of a home ☀️ we would definitely highly recommend michelle and chris' place, you will not regret it! 😊

Very nice and well located apartment. The apartment is located right by the beach whilst also giving you a bit of privacy and not too much noise from the surrounding area. You have some shops and several cafes within a 10 min walk which is great to get your essentials and a good weekend breakfast during your morning stroll! The apartment was very clean and tidy. The sofa was different to the one pictured (not a bad thing just an observation) and was really comfy with the bedding and extra towels in the ottoman compartment. The bathroom was really nice with several products to use and the shower was lovely and hot with several setting to choose from whilst remaining simple to use. Overall a great stay and location!! Would definitely stay again!

We've had such a wonderful stay at this cottage with bags of character.... We were lucky to have picked great weather and so were able to enjoy the peaceful and private cottage garden. Kingston is such a beautiful village and the cottage is just a few doors away from a fabulous traditional English pub. Natalia was the perfect host, friendly, helpful and great communication. The highlights for us were the light and airy well equipped kitchen, the comfy bed and the wonderful countryside location. Thank you Natalia... we'll be back again very soon!
