My place is an easy bus ride, walk/cycle or drive to Brighton . Newhaven Ferry Port is a 15 minute drive and Gatwick Airport /London is easy on the train. Rottingdean is a coastal village and has pubs, art and culture, great views, and the south downs national park on the doorstep. You’ll love my place as it’s 2 minutes from the high street and around 5 minutes from the beach. It has a well maintained, enclosed garden. My place is good for couples and families with well behaved doggies.
