We absolutely loved our night in this apartment. The panoramic views over the sea are stunning. The living area is beautiful and really generously sized. The decor is lovely and it was really clean and well presented. We didn't want to leave!

Johnathon's house is very beautiful, the house is close to the sea, you can see the sea when the windows are open, the decoration of the house is simple and cozy, giving people a good mood.The house is also conveniently located, with walking distance to the train station, and easy access to London or other cities.There are supermarkets and restaurants around, convenient for daily living.The housekeeper is very friendly, and when there are problems that need to be consulted and communicated, he responds in a timely manner and gives positive advice.I highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Brighton for a vacation!

Mark was very responsive in replying to messages before and during our stay. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout giving the house a light airy feeling. We had everything we needed in the kitchen which was very well equipped. The beds were very comfy and the two bathrooms with additional downstairs loo was very handy. Location is a short taxi ride from the train station and all of Brighton town centre is easily walkable from the house. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Sarah’s flat was welcoming, immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. We were encouraged to use all the toiletries and whatever else we needed. Sarah had left breakfast, tea, coffee, milk and a surprise bottle of bubbles too! There was a comprehensive handbook to guide us through our stay containing local eateries and recommendations for days out. Rather than just a place to stay Sarah’s flat was an absolute treat, highly recommended.

Fab place & amazing host! Ellie was on hand with any questions & had provided thorough local information. It’s a perfect spot to stay being close enough to all amenities but felt secluded when you shut the front door. There is a bar along the street which we could hear in the evening but it didn’t bother our sleep & Eleanor had provided earplugs for our use as well. The bed was so comfy & I had the best few nights. Cute kitchen & bathroom which was all lovely & clean. Decor throughout was lovely. Plenty of restaurants & cafes on the door step or further afield with just a 7 minute walk to the lanes. Beach & pier are just a stones through away too. Would definitely stay again! We had a great stay at Xavier's place. The location was ideal. 25 min walk from the station, really close to the beach front, but also pubs & restaurants too. Xaviers communication was second to none. The kitchen was well stocked with every day essentials including milk, tea, coffee, oil, biscuits etc & the thoughtful bottle of prosecco was very much appreciated by me & my 3 friends ! Would certainly recommend. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at your place. The bed was so comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The swimming pool was stunning and the lovely warm temperature made it very relaxing. We had a great stay in Louisa’s caravan. The location was great, right next to the swimming pool, restaurants and beach. The place had all we needed for a great week away and the weather was great too! Day trip to the beach at West wittering was great.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

Had a lovely stay here as a part of a small hen celebration. Hosts were great in the lead up with all my questions and also prompt to response during our stay too. Great location, great value for money. Definitely recommend :-)

A fantastic flat in the heart of Hove, with easy access to the station and bus stop right outside. Easy car parking available at Hove station, just 2 minutes from the flat. The flat was clean, and had all the amenities including a high chair and travel cot for our 12 month old daughter. The two bedrooms were perfect for us, as it meant she could have her own room to sleep in. The kitchen dining room was a great space for us all to relax and a nice floor space for our very active crawling baby! Overall we would highly recommend for a small family (2 adults and a baby) as it suited us fabulously for a short holiday by the sea!

Firstly, June was a good egg! Lovely lady and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always there if we had any questions or needed anything. The flat was literally perfect for a couple of nights away. Clean, everything was new. The whole place was comfortable, bright and airy with an amazing little roof terrace to sit out on and have a morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Loads of lovely little bars, cafes, shops, etc. within a stones throw and the beach is across the road. Its our first time in Brighton for 15 years or more and we were blown away by how nice the place is. Great shops, bars were all heaving, amazing vibe, great crowd. Honestly, the whole weekend was just what the Doctor ordered and we will be back. P.s, the bed was so comfy too!!!

This basement flat is slap bang in town and literally 2 minutes up to the main shopping area and 2 minutes down to the beach. Only 15 minutes walk from the train station. Super clean and comfortable for my 2 night stay. Welcome basket appreciated - would recommend 100%

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The views out over Brighton/Hove and the sea from the lounge, bedroom and kitchen are just stunning. The apartment itself is very well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Clear and detailed instructions for how to access the apartment and loads of recommendations for places to visit, eat and drink. Fantastic communication right from booking and James even messaged on our first morning to check everything was OK. Brilliant from start to finish. Thank you!

Excellent location right on the front near the i360. Easy access to the prom and the beach (though a bit too windy and wet whilst we were there). Flat was well appointed, with plenty of room for four adults. Spotlessly clean on arrival, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of tech (TV, soundbar, streaming services, etc.). Excellent views out to sea from the lounge area and balcony. Bedrooms were quiet, comfortable and relaxing, with comfy beds. Bathrooms were as expected, with both an ensuite and a main bathroom. The lift was very welcome, though there were also stairs for those who wanted to exert themselves. Less than ten minute's walk to the Odeon, the cosmopolitan cuisine of Preston Road and the main shopping areas, only twenty minutes to the Lanes, the station and the Pavilion. The host and their agents were attentive and responsive with any issues we had. Overall, as described, and definitely worth a second visit!

We had a great stay here. Everything was very clean and comfortable and such a great location. A real home from home!! We loved the extra touches - the lovely flowers on the table and tea, coffee and a pint of milk in the fridge - very welcomed!! We could not have asked for more here. A lovely little gem right in the city. Thank you so much!!
