Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Aventine Hill

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Great location! Rooftop had incredible view! Federico was very responsive. His helper Omar was friendly but didn’t speak English very well so we had to have our Italian friend translate a little. Still highly recommended!

Great apartment, maybe a little smaller than you may think from the pictures. it's in a very quiet side street and the balcony was lovely. the kitchen is very small so I wouldn't plan on cooking however you are in the city centre with food everywhere so there's no real need. it was very clean and great value, maria who meets the guests was very nice and friendly and had lots of tips for the city. highly recommend the place

We stayed two nights in Adriano's apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment and the amenities were as described. The location is good, the classic sights are within walking distance. The Trastevere district and the Tiber are just 3 minutes away. Due to the proximity to the "scene district", however, it was (only) a little louder on Saturday evening / night. You just can't have both😉. Adriano was easily accessible and the check-in and access to the apartment/house worked well. Had a lovely time!

We loved our stay at Simone’s. Great space, easy bus access. Lovely garden for aperitivo. One button wash/dry machine for clothes was nice. Great A/C and wifi. Fresh fruit! Can’t wait to go back.

Silvia's studio was ideal for our needs. It was very close to Trevi fountain and thus the spanish steps also, location was right amongst the action. Check in instructions were very clear and easy, the building was authentic but the studio itself was modern, clean and spacious. It also had a small washing machine which is a bonus. We were able to walk to all major attractions, the Colosseum and Vatican were both each about 30 minutes walk. Locally was great eating places and shopping. Rome Termini was a 10 euro taxi away. Sylvia gave great advice on local dining and transport tips. Would definitely stay again next time.

Everything was great. A 10-star location close to everything, very quiet and everything very clean and tidy. If I return to Rome in the future, it will be on my list to stay here.

Llaria's house is self-managed, she is very nice, the room is very clean, and she specially prepared a large bottle of mineral water in the refrigerator.They also helped us store our luggage on the last day.Great location and great value for money

I almost don’t want to rave too much about this place because I want it to be available when I book it again. It’s that amazing! Iacopo is probably the best and nicest host I’ve ever met. He’s a sincere and generous hearted person who also believes in A+ hospitality. This place is in the southern part of Trastevere but the transport system (SO easy to use) gets u into town so quickly. Rome is over-touristed these days but a place like this lets you get away from the hordes. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Federico’s place was so lovely! Federico showed us the whole apartment and how everything worked at check in and we felt right at home right away. The view is amazing and the apartment is extremely spacious. We hope to stay again!

We had a great time staying at Giancarlo’s place. There was everything we could need in the apartment and were well located to everything we wanted to see in Rome.

Livia’s flat is in a fantastic location in Trastevere. There’s loads of great restaurants & bars nearby, and all the city’s sights are accessible by public transport or walking. The flat itself is fantastic and Giorgio (the co-host) is a very responsive & helpful host. Thanks for having us (and for the espresso Giorgio)!

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Overall, a great stay, great location. The only thing I didn’t like was that I needed to carry all keys with me at all times. And one of the keys looks like medieval times . Host was always responsive and helpful. Lots of restaurants . Thanks for a great stay!

The location is in the heart of Trastevere, perfect. The apartment itself, inside is nestled away from the street far enough in the building that it is quiet at night. The jacuzzi is an amazing way to wind down at night!

Giuliano and Federica were so flexible, understanding and responsible for us during our initial check in. My wife and I had the unfortunate Roman experience of having our rental car broken into when we parked for lunch, we had to delay our check-in due to having to deal with the rental company and filing a police report. Federica and Giuliano were able to stay for an additional 4 hours for us to welcome us into their wonderful B&B. The location is phenomenal being directly on top of Campo di Fiore, my wife and I were able to walk to everything between the Vatican to the Colosseo, and having access to the most amazing dining experiences Rome had to offer. I would love to come back and stay here next time we're back. Grazie Millie.

Jochen was always very friendly and warm. She waited for us to welcome us and give us recommendations. Always attentive. The apartment was perfect for our stay. The Testaccio neighborhood seemed great and friendly very close to buses and with a lot of business. We had a wonderful time in Rome staying at Jochen's house. We would definitely go back. Thank you Jochen for everything!

This place is wonderful, well-located, and spacious for two people. There is no other neighborhood I would rather have stayed in, and we were really pleased that the windows totally blocked out any street noise, so we were able to get a peaceful nights' sleep each night. The restaurant directly next door is wonderful and the Mexican restaurant/bar around the corner is very cool for a drink in the evening. We loved it! The only thing we did not love was that the host required us to pay €100 in cash upon arrival for checking in late, which I found quite odd since that was not included in the check in details of the listing at all and it's quite a large amount.

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 days in Rome. Location was excellent and in walking distance to everything the place was very clean and the hotter was a welcomed space to unwind after busy days in Rome!

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

Great place overall! Love the decor and the location. No weird smells. Easily accessible. A little low on detergent and some kitchen supplies.
