Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Aventine Hill

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

I highly recommend Floriana's apartment. Strategic location, very close to the subway, spacious, cozy apartment equipped with all comforts. Floriana was very kind, present and the communication was very effective. Thanks again and see you soon.

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

If you’re wanting to have the perfect stay, book this place!!! Cristina and her husband are very, very helpful and beyond sweet! They left a map and explained how to get places. They also left a couple of binders full of information. 💯 satisfied on how above and beyond they went in sharing their wealth of knowledge!! The accommodations are perfect, and the little things like leaving espresso pods, cookies, drinks, laundry soap, fabric softener, shower gel, soap, shampoo, hair dryers, straighteners and even a converter were so nice to have!! Loved the neighborhood and the vibe of it!! Lots of restaurants and shops!! The restaurant literally outside the doorway was super cute, not to mention convenient. The gelato shop a few steps away was yummy, too!! Walkable to many attractions. It was easy to get a taxi to the Vatican and train station. We absolutely LOVED our stay and would stay there again!!!

This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Highly recommended- thank you Andrea and Luciana.

Very nice. Definitely a good place for a couple to stay at, very close to tram and bus lines that go to the heart of the city. And a lot of great restaurants at a walking distance. Kind of pricey but very good overall 👌🏻

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Luca is a friendly helpful host, let us check in early and leave our bags after check out. Helpful with taxis and transfers. The apartment is beautiful and huge! Trastevere is a great place to stay for dining and a lovely atmosphere after dark. Easy walk across bridge close to the attractions.

Beautiful place in a lovely peaceful part of Rome. Amazing garden. Paolo and Claudio were great hosts too.

Elvin d'Avantage, he took wonderful care of us, he made it much easier for us on many things, and was always available if needed. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. The accommodation is charming, clean and perfectly as described. A really nice meeting and a property we'll treasure! We'll definitely be back and this time with our daughter! We recommend it without hesitation!

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

Great location: close to metro and 24/7 supermarket, next to a park. The house is big enough and clean. It features an al fresco dining area. You can park your car near the house. The owners are quick to respond to any questions.

Very cozy and well designed place. We enjoyed a lot our stay there, nice views of everyday roman life, good warm coffee, and an ukulele :); restaurants, parks and stores outside. Sara was very kind and responsive.

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

We loved our stay at Simone’s. Great space, easy bus access. Lovely garden for aperitivo. One button wash/dry machine for clothes was nice. Great A/C and wifi. Fresh fruit! Can’t wait to go back.

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

Andrea just redefined what a 5 star host should be for me. The communication was A1 for start to finish. With helpful indication on how to get there from the airport, personalized guide of local point of interest and all messaged were answered quickly. The location was amazing as well.

Laura’s place was perfect! The pictures to find the entrance were very helpful. We had a little trouble with the apartment door lock (but we were very tired). Laura had a crib for our baby and it was all made up with the sweetest little sheets. The bathtub was amazing since we were so hot when we arrived, we were able to have a cool bath for our daughter. Everything was very tidy and clean. Laura’s instructions and suggestions were easy to follow. It was nice we could also do a little laundry. We were just staying one night on our way to Florence but wished we could stay longer. The apartment was easy to get to from the metro by walking. We highly recommend Laura’s place!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is in a perfect location – many sights, lovely cafés, and great restaurants are all within walking distance. The place itself is spotless, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.
