Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Aventine Hill

Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

We are very happy with the apartment and the owner. The apartment is clean, quiet, cozy, has everything you need. Great view from the window. The area is almost free of tourists and there are many delicious places for locals. I recommend this place.

Antonella's home was perfect for our stay in Rome. Easy bus ride from the train station, very walkable area convenient to good restaurants and a great neighborhood. Close to the Vatican and Trastevere area. Antonella was very easy to contact and was a great host. We were very happy with our choice. There is a narrow flight of stairs, but we knew this beforehand and wasn't an issue for us.

There is nothing bad I can say about Simone’s place. Everything was wonderful. I felt that I was safe and I slept very well. It added a wonderful memory to our vacation. Thank you so much Simone.

Federico’s place was great for us a family of 5 including al elder and a child. The location is super close to the vatican museum and Plaza de St. Pedro. Close to restaurants, the metro station, etc. Will highly recommend to anyone wanting to be just a few blocks walk to the vatican. Federico was also very responsive and welcomed me himself to the place. Thank you Federico and hope to come back soon.

Perfect place for a long weekend in Rome. The location is unbeatable - so close to everything in Trastevere. We absolutely loved it. Check-in was super nice, uncomplicated and even possible a lot earlier than originally stated.

Apartment was in the middle of everything. We walked almost everywhere. Loved the courtyard and the windows opening to the street below. It was a great stay.

A cozy place that was built with lots of passion and love. I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, making themselves very helpful right away. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both humans and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. I will gladly return to stay at Villa Bovari!

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Loved this place. Only a few minutes walk to the metro. Loved the private pool and views. Roomy apartment. Incredibly friendly and helpful.

Very convenient from the Roma Nord exit and very close to the ring road. We chose it for an event at the Olympic Stadium and from the apartment you can get there in 15 minutes. The area is quiet and residential. The apartment is very cool even in summer without the need for air conditioning (which is still present) as well as being tidy and clean. Daria and her family living upstairs are very pleasant and sociable people but never intrusive. We also chose this accommodation for the possibility of bringing pets and Daria was always available and attentive to check that our dog was okay even while we were away. If we need to stay in the area again, this will definitely be our first choice.

Flavio was a great host and was always available for any questions/concerns that I had. The property is beautiful and the apartment was incredible! Would recommend to anyone!!

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

Place is amazing, lots of natural light, cozy bed, quiet (hardly noticed there were other people in that building, close to great restaurants and train station. Host was attentive and responded fast, we were able to drop our luggage since we were a bit early before check in (thank you that really was a nice gesture) dragging luggage around isn’t ideal after an 11 hour flight. If you are looking for a great spot near the Vatican then look no further.

It was absolutely sublime, provided one doesn’t have trouble climbing stairs and is not carrying heavy luggage…that said, Francesco very kindly & gallantly carried my suitcase for me…I was there during fabulous sunny weather so the loft with it’s partly glass roof and terrace could not have been more appreciated!

This is a fantastic accommodation; lovely flat, in a great location. Great cafes and lively bars nearby, but very quiet inside the apartment. We were able to walk to all the major sights, including the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Roman Forum, Colosseum and the Vatican. Matteo is a very friendly and helpful host; extremely responsive to messages and always with excellent suggestions. If you come to Rome I would strongly recommend you stay in this apartment. The apartment was perfect! Very clean and had everything we needed. The location is peaceful and easily walkable to key sights, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Isabella greeted us when we arrived and was very communicative throughout our trip. Will stay here again on our next trip to Rome!

The apartment is really beautiful and matches the photos uploaded in the listing. It is in a perfect location, a few minutes' walk from the Colosseum. We always walked to visit the city. Pietro Maria is very helpful and when we needed some guidance he immediately provided us with all the necessary information. The real gem is the apartment's garden. 😉 Highly recommended!

Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, historical home. The check in was easy with clear instructions. The neighborhood was friendly and we walked to the close by market and restaurants Public transportation was easily accessible The host responded quickly to our inquiries and provided helpful information.
