The main feature is the square, "tower" layout, with a 360° view of the most famous sights of Rome: St. Peter's, the Janiculum, the Synagogue, the Altar of the Fatherland, the Quirinal and the Capitol, etc. Large, bright, quiet, with a beautiful terrace where you can eat in the summer and from which you can enjoy the exclusive view. Renovated in full respect of the original features (wooden roof with exposed beams) and furnished harmonizing modern lines and techno comforts (fully air-conditioned winter and summer; class A+ built-in appliances) with antique details (the small desk, the round table, the console of the sleeping area). It consists of: * a corridor with two bathrooms; * a large open area divided into; - kitchen area; - dining/study area; - living/conversation area with sofa single bed; - sleeping area (queen-size bed); * bathroom with shower; * bathroom with tub. * a large terrace where you can eat in the summer (even equipped with a barbecue) and enjoy a unique view of ancient Rome. Tram – line 8 – (direct to the center, Phanteon/Piazza Navona/Piazza Venezia) stop in Viale di Trastevere (a few meters from the house) Bus - line "H", - (direct to Termini Station) stop in Piazza Giocchino Belli (100 meters from the house); From Fiumicino Airport, every 20 minutes you can take the "Leonardo Express" train to Fara Sabina (Alto Lazio) which stops at many stations in Rome including, after about 30 minutes, at Trastevere Station less than a km from the house. There you take tram no. 8 which takes you directly a few meters from Via della VII Coorte. From Termini Station, Rome Central Station, junction and intersection of all Rome metro lines, you will find the shuttle bus stop to and from Ciampino airport (Terravision). The house was very easy to find with Fabio's directions, in addition, it is next to the sights such as the Roman Colosseum, the church of San Ignacio de Loyola or La Fontana de Trevi to which we went walking and getting to know the city. The house is beautiful, just as it appears in the photos, my daughter loved it. It 😍 has air conditioning, which is appreciated in the middle of summer, and that 2m bed, I think it's the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. It also has a Nespresso coffee maker where we made coffee in the morning ☕️ Fabio was very helpful and hospitable. I recommend contacting him not only because of the beauty and comfort of the house but also because of the proximity of the monuments, since the house is in the city's downtown.

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Our stay was awesome, and both hosts made everything very convenient. They are about a 15-20 minute walk from the metro station and you can get everywhere from there. They provided us with all the information we needed and answered our questions. The place is very homey, and I would definitely stay again!

Anna Maria is one of the best host I have come across my stays on Airbnb, she has an excellent independent house, sparking clean and close to Rome terminal (walkable 15 mins). The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and equipments which helped to cook and feed my toddler during my vacation in Rome. The rooms are amazing with all the amenities. . I experienced very easy check in and check out and her helpfulness was really amazing and unmatched. . I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an Italian house close to Terminal and with good restaurants nearby.

Giacomo's accommodation is located at the back of a peaceful and well-maintained residence in Trastevere. Simin welcomed us warmly. The neighborhood is very nice, the accommodation fully matches the photos and is really well-equipped (including the kitchen). We really enjoyed our stay in Rome!

My stay at Marco’s flat was nothing less than spectacular. The location is so convenient. A mere 6 minute walk from Termini Station from which you can find train, metro, and bus options to get anywhere else in and around Rome. While it is very close to the busy Termini area, the flat itself is a peaceful, serene oasis. The flat has authentic charm and really feels like a home away from home. The terrace is huge and provides great views of the surrounding areas. The kitchen was well equipped and had many options for making espresso/coffee and Marco provides some basic sweet breads for breakfast. Marco is an artist and the flat has several of his paintings. There is a lot of great art in the place. It seemed that every time I looked around I would find something new to admire. I highly recommend Marco’s place when you are visiting Rome.

Very well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bed, very nice terrace! Very good restaurants nearby. Please note, however, that there is no air conditioning and the center of Rome is quite far on foot.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is spacious, beautifully designed, and has an amazing view of the sea. One of my favorite features was the large rooftop — it’s green, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
