This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

If you stay a few days, you will find the North and Baltic Sea, restaurants, golf courses and more... in the area. Lockable bicycle box is available.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The small cozy apartment is located on the edge of the Niendorf enclosure. The apartment has a separate entrance and terrace. A bus stop is within 2-3 minutes walking distance. With this bus line you can reach the subway(U2 Hagenbecks Tierpark) within 6-7 minutes and thus Hamburg can be explored. Free parking is available. The arenas, the NDR and Hagenbecks Tierpark are located in an extended environment.

The vacation home is a former carport built in a half-timbered style and is located on a 3000 square meter property together with the landlord's house in a quietly located forest settlement at a distance of about 300 m from Bundesstraße 3. It is designed for 2 people and no pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling tours in the Lüneburg Heath.

The Finnish log cabin has a covered veranda from which you can see the 3000 m² forest. In the area you can find cycling and hiking trails. Ideal for nature-loving people.
