Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

The bright and modern apartment Gustav is located on the 1st floor of a new building from 2016. The connection to the city is very good. On foot you can reach the Langenfelde S-Bahn station in about 4 minutes. From there, an S-Bahn [suburban train] runs every 10 minutes to the city center or the harbor. Duration to the city center (Stadthausbrücke) 16 minutes. On foot you can reach in approx. 8 minutes two shopping opportunities: Penny (8:00 am - 11:00 pm) and REWE City (8:00 am - 12:00 am)

The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Workplace and Nespresso help with work, the lounge and sofa corner with TV (TV, Netflix) invite you to relax, and for the children there is a play area directly under the roof (with secret hiding place). The spacious penthouse (90 m²) can be reached at any time via a private staircase. Centrally located in the west of Hamburg, you can quickly get to the Elbe and the S-Bahn.

You are welcome to use the area at any time. However, there is no right to exclusive use. Your grill is on your balcony.

A bus stop is nearby and it takes less than 4 minutes to get to BAB 7, Bahrenfeld exit.
