Elegant Brooklyn-Style-Loft in the Heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

Your area has a separate entrance and its own bathroom, allowing you to retreat in privacy. It is well suited for 1–2 people who prefer a quiet and private setting. The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Stay in an old merchant's villa built in 1885 and renovated in 2020 in a quiet residential street. Old building charm with modern hotel-like atmosphere, improved sound insulation and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance are numerous bars and restaurants of the popular trendy neighborhood Sternschanze. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

You can enjoy life like Hanseatic merchants in our house from 1907, with all modern amenities. Workplace and Nespresso help with work, the lounge and sofa corner with TV (TV, Netflix) invite you to relax, and for the children there is a play area directly under the roof (with secret hiding place). The spacious penthouse (90 m²) can be reached at any time via a private staircase. Centrally located in the west of Hamburg, you can quickly get to the Elbe and the S-Bahn.

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

This spacious 51 m2 apartment is ideal for a family and friends getaway. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Maximum capacity: 6 people (double sofa bed for 2 guests) For stays of 7 nights or more, weekly housekeeping is included. Additional cleaning services can be booked at an extra cost. Our guest flat, newly furnished at the beginning of 2021, is located in the basement of our small Wilhelminian-style villa - in the centre of beautiful Blankenese, in a side street behind the market square. It offers plenty of space for two and is the ideal starting point for a stroll in the "village", for walks in the Treppenviertel, the nearby parks and along the Elbe or for a visit to the surrounding restaurants and cafés.

There are many restaurants nearby, green areas, parks etc. No infants (under 6 years old). Dogs (max. 2) are welcome at a cost of €12 per dog/night.
