Elegant Brooklyn-Style-Loft in the Heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

A warm “Moin” from Hamburg! You'll be staying in a cozily furnished basement room in my single-family home, which I also live in, in the quiet Elbe suburb of Blankenese. Your area has a separate entrance and its own bathroom, allowing you to retreat in privacy. It is well suited for 1–2 people who prefer a quiet and private setting. The apartment is in the attic of a stylishly renovated town villa, in the middle of Blankenese. Many shops, charming restaurants, bars and cafes as well as the Elbe are within a few minutes' walk. Direct connections to the city, central station and airport by S-Bahn and bus as well as the ferry to the old country are close. Blankenese offers numerous attractive destinations for short walks and is an ingeniously quiet starting point to discover the many beautiful sides of Hamburg.

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Beautiful mini loft in the heart of Hamburg

Beautiful mini loft, very high-quality furnishings, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks site, with its beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the nullviernull Tonproduktion, which converted an old bunker complex into 11 beautiful offices and mini-lofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and it takes less than 4 minutes to get to BAB 7, Bahrenfeld exit.

Blankenese-Mitte: Small apartment in old building villa

Our guest flat, newly furnished at the beginning of 2021, is located in the basement of our small Wilhelminian-style villa - in the centre of beautiful Blankenese, in a side street behind the market square. It offers plenty of space for two and is the ideal starting point for a stroll in the "village", for walks in the Treppenviertel, the nearby parks and along the Elbe or for a visit to the surrounding restaurants and cafés.

Elbe dream

This unique place has a style all its own. In the house built by the Dutch on the Elbe beach of Blankenese, you can enjoy an overwhelming, so-called steamer view of the passing ships. The sunsets are legendary when you can experience them on the covered south terrace with a glass of champagne. The small fish restaurants next door invite you to linger and relax. Here time stands still.

Art Nouveau house apartment in Hamburg's Elbe suburbs

Our listed Art Nouveau house is located in Hamburg's Elbe suburbs, very quiet and amidst greenery, about 20 minutes from the city, close to public transport and shops. There are many restaurants nearby, green areas, parks etc. No infants (under 6 years old). Dogs (max. 2) are welcome at a cost of €12 per dog/night.

Sunny 2-room apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is in a quiet location surrounded by a forest park and in the north by meadowland with horse stud farms. In 30 minutes walking south through a forest you can reach the Elbe bank (Falkenstein). My place is good for solo and business travelers. (I only rent to individuals.)
