The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

Eating, drinking and shopping in the immediate vicinity; partying in the Schanzenviertel (10 min by S-Bahn), trade fair networking (9 min by car) and enjoying music in the Elbphilharmonie (15 min by taxi).

The cozy 70 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor in our single-family house with private entrance and terrace. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed with Bedside tables, wardrobe and TV. The living room is equipped with a corner couch, a 120 cm bed, wardrobe, and TV. From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).

From here you can drive to Hamburg and Heidepark in 30 minutes, or you can visit the Büsenbachtal, hike the Heidschnuckenweg, and discover the Nordheide hotspots and hiking trails around the corner. Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers

The 1-room apartment has a size of about 30 m² and has a compact hallway, an open kitchen and a modern shower room.

Stroll through the Neugrabener market and spend the evening reviewing the day in nature while barbecuing and planning another on the Elbe.
