The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The former washhouse was built in 1870 and completely renovated in 2014. It has a total of 22 sqm of living space over 2 floors and offers a fantastic view of the Elbe. It can accommodate 2 people overnight. However, due to the very steep staircase, the house is not suitable for babies and children under 5 years old. The non-smoking accommodation is not wheelchair accessible and pets are not allowed out of consideration for guests with allergies.
