The accommodation offered is on the 2nd floor of a listed residential and commercial building and offers 4 rooms, kitchen, shower bath and balcony spread over approx. 90 m². IMPORTANT: In the house and in the area there are several discos and clubs. It is an old building. Accordingly, the noise is very loud from Thursday to Saturday and on public holidays (approx. 10:00 pm - 5:00 am) is very very loud. Accordingly, the property is only suitable on the days mentioned for night owls and partygoers who want to experience St. Pauli.

Das bekannte Schanzenviertel und der Hafen ebenso. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der tollen Aussicht bis zum Michel, der Reeperbahn, dem Hafen und der Elbphilharmonie. Die einmalige Lage mitten in der Szene ist unschlagbar. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

The rooms are a separate unit in the basement with daylight; the train station is 3 minutes away, the Elbe and Reeperbahn are within walking distance, the city center is 12 minutes away by S-Bahn. A great former shop at the ski area. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, fair and the city are very quickly accessible. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement. We often use the loft area as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families, but also for business travelers.

In the middle of St. Pauli is our beautiful apartment with two bedrooms and a spacious kitchen with dining table. In addition to a full bathroom with a bathtub, there is also a separate toilet. Since the bedrooms are located to the backyard, it is very quiet there. Nevertheless, the Reeperbahn, Davidstraße and Hans-Albers-Platz are only a few minutes' walk away. The bedrooms are bright and sunny in good weather.
