The balcony is currently closed and is therefore not advertised. Bremen's sights such as the emigrant house, the observation deck "Sail-City", the shipping museum and also the pedestrian zone are within walking distance.

Located directly on the Weser and thus an unrestricted view of the water and the busy shipping traffic. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathtub and one with two single beds.
