This exclusive villa offers 300 sqm of living space, a high-quality kitchen with modern appliances, four bedrooms, and two spacious living rooms—one featuring a fireplace and direct access to the garden. Outside, you will find a sauna, garden shower, heated outdoor whirlpool (seasonally available from May 15 to October 1), gas grill, outdoor fireplace, and a terrace. A carport is located directly at the house. Natural stone and real wood parquet floors create an elegant atmosphere indoors.

Our small villa is exclusively at your disposal for your stay. Neither we as landlords nor guests are in the house. It is located in a very quiet residential street in Sasel and is still centrally located and thus combines quiet, comfortable living with the infrastructure of a large city. In just a few minutes you can reach the Saseler market and the attractive Alster Valley shopping center. The driveway has 2 carport spaces (with room for 2 additional cars behind it if needed).

The cabin

Die Kajüte is located in Barlt and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 40 m² accommodation is spread over two floors and features a living room as well as a kitchen. Upstairs, which you reach via a steep, narrow staircase, you will find the bedroom and the bathroom with toilet. Die Kajüte has its own small garden area and offers space for two people. Use of a washing machine is possible on request and for an extra fee.

Our historic 19th century villa is a great base for a family vacation. On the large high terrace you can really enjoy the sunsets over the apple tree plantations. The house was renovated in 2022 with a lot of love for detail and has underfloor heating in all bathrooms, a new kitchen and modern bathrooms. The large garden is fully fenced and is ideal for families with children. The Hamburg city center is about 30 min. away.
