Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhelage in mitten einer schönen Landschaft mit eigenem Eingang. Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

Befreiungen von der Ortstaxe: Personen unter 15 Jahren. Diese ist in bar oder über Airbnb extra zu zahlen.

Feel reborn when staying in this rustic gem. The completely newly renovated small house is just right if you are looking for a suitable place to stay in a quiet area very close to the airport. I lovingly completely renovated the house so that my guests feel comfortable in the house. You have your own entrance and can use everything that is available there. In case something is missing, I live in the next house and can always help.

A safe playground with a swing, sandbox, pedal vehicles and much more awaits the little guests for a carefree time away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Cyclists have direct access to the bike path network. Relaxing forest walks directly from the house let your soul breathe.

Just relax and unwind, start your activities from here – or combine both and end a varied day at your own beach at the swimming lake (about 220 m ). Our three apartments are excellent as a central starting point for hikes in the Karawanken or bike rides on the Drauradweg. You can walk, stroll, feel good and relax in max. 30 min. all known places on Lake Wörthersee such as Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel, etc.

Riedenblick - Beautiful apartment

In addition to the atmospheric view of the vineyards, there are extremely beautiful interiors with maximum feel-good effect. Apartment "Schön" - A screen-sized glass front looking in two directions, a bathtub with views of vineyards, a heavenly double bed, a private outdoor area and the well-equipped communal kitchen right next door. So many places and corners where you would like to drink a glass of wine.

"Das Haidensee" is located on the beautiful private lake Haidensee, which is a unique swimming lake with its excellent water quality and pleasant temperatures of up to 28 degrees. Since there are only 9 apartments, peace, privacy and a special vacation experience are guaranteed. Each of our apartments is unique and lovingly furnished.

Forget your worries and feel welcome in this cozy accommodation, located in a private garden. The studio has its own entrance accessible via the terrace, which is shared only with the hosts. Berndorf is located about 40 km south of Vienna. The spa town of Baden is about 15 km away and offers opportunities for hikers, cyclists, culture vultures and peace seekers.

The Kernalm is located in one of the most forested areas in Upper Austria at 1000 m above sea level. Here you can also enjoy the feel-good climate in summer. Modern and functional. The apartment is located in an annex behind the house. The garden is for guests only. If necessary, barbecuing is possible there and meals can be consumed on the terrace. Bus stations to the neighboring towns are 200 m away. The apartment is the starting point for mountain bike and bike tours in all directions.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle, a Romanesque church, a Gothic Karner and lots of nature between the forest and wine regions near Eggenburg.
