The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

Here is an older cottage with a lot of charm to rest in. Breakfast included! The kitchen in the cottage is simple with a wood stove, electric mini oven and microwave. Possibility to use a fully equipped kitchen in the main house where toilet, shower and washing machine are also available. The wood-fired sauna warms well and there is also a sitting tub and battery-powered shower. On the porch, you can hear the water from the pond and a stone staircase leads you down to a lovely place for a coffee break. Borrow the kayak and paddle up from the pond.

Beautifully located detached cottage with unobstructed views over the lake and on the edge of the forest. The ideal place to relax and unwind in the Höga Kusten. Both summer and winter excursions, husky or snowmobile rides in the area to book or snowshoeing, skiing or cross-country skiing. Price includes 15 kWh and 20 liters of wood per day. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.
